It's look pretty easy to decipher. The people across the bottom are in order O-45, O-42, O-49, O47, O-44 I'm guessing that #44 is the gentleman sitting on the end of the table.

Now, who is the mysterious #44. I'm guessing Mysterio himself. He's the only one of the five whom does not appear to be of American origin. He has European features.

 		You are quite right simplicityjones, seeing as Josh's dad is second and the second person down is his number (also the unknown number is last) we can assume that it goes in that order

Here is a picture i made with id cards corresponding to the person, give people a better idea with what they're dealing with

 		Is there a reason you assigned 59-O-44 to the man standing up?
I was just wondering if 58-O-47 could be the guy standing and the very last guy on the right could be 59-O-44. Not that I disagree, just didn't know if it was a possibility.

Ditto though on a job well done.

@scoutpost i thought that the man standing up was our mystery man becaus his ID tag is covered by a clipboard (if he is even wearing one). Whilst the others are in plain sight. I could be wrong though

I think it's first row sitting, second row standing. Plus, he looks to be the youngest of the group, which would put him in line for 2011. The others (besides Minker Sr.) seem older, and would be very old in 2011.

 		Very nice work everyone. Hopefully we will get yet another clue soon. The inverted close up really shows the definition of the geometric shape (hexagon maybe) over TROGLs head. Correct me if I'm wrong but on mystery mans clipboard the upper right portion. I'm going to assume thats a string holding the pen and not another burn mark.
Someone probably beat me to this, as I haven't found it in search but the two pics are the same photo front and back.

Might be nothing, but the domed image looks like an observatory on a hill and there is also an arrow pointing to one of they men.

 		So right now I have a fever of 101 and it might be that talking but the guy in 58-0-47 really looks like JJ Abrams in a way. Sorry I can offer more in the help section. If I'm feeling better tomorrow I'll for sure try and be a better help. Good luck all! Very Happy

Even though its a b/w photo from what i can see, the person does look black to me

Also you can see his hair cut in the ID card matches Josh's dad in the photo
