By the way, off the wikipedia entry for the drug, there is this intriguing link. Makes me think of PIMCA, actually -- the forgetting of memories, or past lives:

New update on Flicker.

This is going to be annoying.

Phrases I have found that seem to have a significance-

H.E.A.R.T.s hold the answer -- Need to look into this further.

EDIT:
So much stuff going on simultaneously...

Some stuff from Forest-

Of course, you never received a Valentine's day card. Perhaps you could ask someone to look at theirs?

And separately--

The place is the Sir James Black Centre, named after Sir James Whyte Black.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_W._Black

I've only skimmed the contents but I saw this-
Wikipedia wrote:
Upon his return to Scotland in 1950, he joined the University of Glasgow (Veterinary School) where he established the Physiology Department and developed an interest in the way adrenaline affects the human heart, particularly those suffering from angina. Having formulated a theory to annul the effects of adrenaline, he joined ICI Pharmaceuticals in 1958, remaining with the company until 1964, during which time he developed propranolol, which later became the world's best-selling drug. During this time Black pioneered a method of research whereby drug molecules were purposefully built instead of being synthesised first and then investigated for their potential medical uses. The discovery of propranolol was hailed as the greatest breakthrough in the treatment of heart disease since the discovery of digitalis.

EDIT[2]:

This is the first time I saw this, unsure if anyone else had seen this before, but looking back at the maze picture... there is a heart in the image!
I feel kinda foolish for not noticing that earlier.

Right, attached find pictures of almost everything I received yesterday. WARNING: SPOILER IMAGES BELOW!!

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Back of the envelope: A drawing of tag#2 with 45.5 written on it. Below a drawing of a key (I think) with a question mark beneath.
In the bottom right corner is what looks to be 1/4 of a square with words written inside. Only thing legible are the letters the.

Front of the envelope I can't photo because of my address. However there looks to be a symbol over the top of my address, as if it was drawn on with a wet paintbrush or a wet finger. I will try to copy is over to something I can photograph. It may be a symbol similar to those found on the latest alchemy tarot card.

Inside: A sheet of A4 parchment type paper. On the front the words/cypher you can see and what looks to be another part of a symbol/puzzle. In the top right corner an equation. I shall transcribe the cypher words as I go on. Please ignore the dog hair that is next to the small circle. My bad!

"...crowned with glory now; A royal diadem..." a quick google reveals this is from "The Head That Once was Crowned with Thorns" by Thomas Kelly, 1769-1854 http://www.lutheran-hymnal.com/lyrics/tlh219.htm

On the rear of this piece of paper the word TIME crossed out and 45.5 written beneath. It was in pencil and wouldn't photo.

Next, two quotes from the written report of the experiment by Andrew Ure on Matthew Clydesdale. Beautifully written in proper calligraphy.

A square white envelope with Friend? written in pencil.

Inside the envelope a card showing a hare running across a cultivated field. The right eye of the hare has had what looks like a pin stuck through it leaving a hole. A link to the star Forest was trying to find via Yhaoo answers? Also inside a fairly recently cut peice of Rosemary plant. Smells good!
Inside the card it just says Soon... with the ink transferred slightly as the card was closed before the ink had dried.

That's all folks!

Heading in for the night. However, for those who will still be online check out my Flicker account to see what I have so far. It's not much but it's a start and will hopefully point you in the right direction.

Fab, thank you ddl. I have no direct access to printers/scanners etc. atm.

I spent four hours last night trying to crack the cipher... no dice (as Ofiuco would say!)

It's a GORGEOUS day so I'm off out till this evening.

Anyway my vague thoughts so far:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It doesn't seem to be a Caesar cipher, nor a substitution cipher as there are too many double letters that mess it up. I thought maybe it was enciphered twice but that would make it almost impossible to crack unless we had a huge team using brute force. Can't get it to work using other common deciphering methods...yet.

Ariadne was a Greek goddess: Ariadne fell in love [with Theseus] at first sight, and helped him by giving him a sword and a ball of red fleece thread that she was spinning, so that he could find his way out of the Minotaur's labyrinth. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ariadne

It's another reference to mazes. If anyone can overlap the new image on flicker with the valentine's maze from page one of this thread, it should reveal something(Be better than my attempts to copy the maze). Unfortunately, as the week begins I have little time to work on this...

WOW! Awesome Ofiuco!

So much to explore here . . .

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The portrait is of Philip the II of Spain. In the original, he holds a rosary but there was a earlier version where he touched the Golden Fleece

The Hebrew lettering on the dude's forehead might be Mem (M) Dalet (D) Aleph (A). No idea if this is a word or maybe representing numbers.

And the picture of a guarded gate (Buchenwald) -- where the key is, there was a sign that said "Jedem Das Seine" -- translated roughly into "to each his own".

I love this ARG.

Key 1 was pretty difficult and I had to ask #unfiction for help figuring out who the guy was, so I'll share what I found (thanks Rowan).

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

What's written across the man's forehead is Hebrew for Adam.
The actor is George Hertzberg, who played a character named Adam on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. You may join me in calling the PM a giant nerd.
This evokes the old tradition of the golem. Golems have the word 'emet', or truth, written across their heads (which is TMA in Hebrew I believe). Adam was assembled the same way as a golem might be - out of clay, into a formless husk. Coincidentally, Adam on Buffy was a human/demon flesh golem (who punched everything to death).

As for key3, everyone should know this one. :D Search your memory!

YT also twittered at me but I'm too brain-addled ATM to understand what he means.
