[META] What would you ask the PMs?

At the end of The Beast, there was a question and answer page from the players, answered by the PMs (Of the beast). In case this happens for this ARG (Once it's complete) what would YOU ask the PMs?

My first question would be, "How long were you planning this ARG?"

EDIT - topic tags -SG
(moving this to the Meta/Questions area, out of General -- cw)

Heh, just kidding. Seriously though...

How much control did the players really have in controlling the story/plot/conclusion

How were the locations of live calls determined?

Where you actually paying attention to what was being said by the community?

How many different places (read - ARG boards) were you watching? And what sorts of topics were you watching for?

Who's the poor person/people who had to slog through all of our horrible flea code?

How did you keep everything a secret?

There have been no leaks, no spoilers, no nothing. No actors or writers coming foreward.

What, if any, specific lines of dialogue were references to specific things said in the community (e.g. Kemal's phone comment, Melissa's trout comment, etc.)?

Did you ever expect certain elements to happen (e.g. backlash against weephun, ARG/ARS debate, ARGers vs. Haloites debate, Halo2 demo debate) when you planned em?

Did the live calls cause the game to change at all?

Were you surprised at all by the quickness/slowness of us solving any particular puzzles?

Did any puzzles go unsolved or unnoticed?

Did we solve any puzzles in a really different manner than you expected?

How many people worked on this?

Did you ever make any mistakes in the story, live interaction, ect. If so, what were they?

Was the radio play all recorded in advance or was it recorded as we were playing, to allow for changes due to player actions?

NDA with fiscal penalty for revealing any information before a set period. If the core group in the ARG is small, and the information is controlled, it's easy to determine where a leak comes from by identifying which bit of information was released and comparing it against who had access to that information.

The Melissa VA would be hard pressed to want to violate the NDA because she has a continuing gig. It's possible the other VA's were employed in other ways, or the initial paycheck + NDA may have been sufficient.

Rolling Eyes I know, I know, this is a thread for "what would you ask the PMs" but this one seems fairly easy to answer with the available information.

Ok, hmm...

"So, I'm in Redmond too. What time would you like to get a coffee and talk about this?"

One I'd like to see-

Could we get a list of credits of all involved in the production?

What is the biggest mistake that we, the players, made?

What was our greatest triumph?
