GUYS!!! there was no frame tearing.

If this was Slendy than all of our current assumptions regarding him and film are wrong.

Why do people keep saying there's a lack of distortion? The footage is blurry as all get out at J's night spot, but very clear when he's away from whatever location that is. I think you guys are overthinking this, it was probably the Operator. Tall guy, peered in a window, blurry camera, all the usual elements of an Operator appearance are there.

Also, if this does end up being our tall friend, it would be interesting to note that, there's no distortion most likely because there's a barrier between them. I don't think there has ever been something physically separating them when distortion has occurred.

It's Slendy. You can also see a reflection of his red tie if you look close enough. And he had to bend quite an awful lot to see through the back window.

As for the visual tear, there wasn't any visual tear in Entry #14 when Slendy was so close to the camera.

First thoughts; Slendy, But now I think its Jess.
Why? Because we haven't heard much about her, but she hinted at knowing J. If she and J met up in the seven month period, then it would make sense that its her. But if it was her, why would she be creeping around like that?

My first guess is that it's Tim. Considering it looks like a limp more than a crouch. But I'm not sure if his leg would heal enough in that time to make him walk at all.

Why do people keep saying that wasn't the Operator? You can see his tie, you can see his faceless head at the top of the window when he hunches over. Also, sometimes Operator has just blurred the vision of the camera. And he has caused distortion even when not visible, he just has to be nearby.
