Where are people getting the idea that is showing us that Alex didn't show up.

This is so obviously the same day as the call, and it's just Jay settling down for the night.
If it was a different day Jay would have told us.

There are several things we need to gather from this video:

1)Rosswood Park is where they were in Entry 38/
2)What "LIES" means is now up in the air again and could be rather important.

Finally, if TTA posts of video of Jay sleeping we know two things:
1)This was TTA in this video
2) Tim is not TTA. No way his leg would have healed in a week, and there was no limp.

Honestly, even though I believe this to be the operator, I sort of hope it's TTA, just so I know my adamant arguments of Tim not being TTA are validated.

Okay, this got lost in the mysterious figure argument, but do we have any evidence Jay stopped at Rosswood for the night? Alex's message says tomorrow, since the cut doesn't say "the next night" I'm inclined to believe it's the same night, and that Jay is still trying to contact Alex to figure out WHY he needs Jay to be there. Since "tomorrow" is rather broadly defined (i.e. I doubt Alex meant "at the crack of 12:00 AM"), it's hard for me to swallow that Alex simply didn't meet Jay and set him up to get ambushed by our mysterious figure. Even if Jay WAS at Rosswood, the evidence, to me, seems to point to it being before he was supposed to meet Alex. I'm actually rather convinced that the meeting mentioned is, in fact, Entry 38 (it sure looks like a park that could be named Rosswood).

That's what I was thinking. I couldn't recall an entry when the Operator was actually stalking Jay instead of Alex.

Well a nice counterpoint is that you cannot see the top of said persons head, as its not in the full view of the window to start with, and the window is extremely bright on the upper rim (possibly from fog due to J sleeping in the back) so any hair (or lack there of) is impossible to see clearly, so there is no proof, just more speculation

Let's not jump to conclusions too quickly. The shadow in the window is at a slight angle, and I feel like the silhouette could either be a bald head or a hairline that is flush with the shape of the head. (Implying Alex)

If it does turn out to be TTA creeping around, though, I will squeal like a little girl and do the happiest of dances.

BTW - When I first saw entry 39, I interpreted it as if "it" was holding a camera or something. (It was pointed before in this thread).

 		Hey, everyone!

The passionate contention in this thread spurred me to finally try my hand with you guys after weeks of lurking. Forgive my newb-ness, it is bound to show itself eventually. Anyway, as for my unsolicited 2 cents:

I do not think the window creeper is Jessica. The shadow that immediately followed indicated someone with short (or no) hair. But that aside, I don't think us viewers are meant to know just who it is yet. The text at the end indicated that Jay didn't even know, and I assume he would at least attempt to analyze the footage as we are doing now.

The first part of this game was meant to show us the threat. To scare and captivate us in an immediate sense. But this second part of the story seems intent on presenting mystery, intense paranoia, and to convey a sense of frustration. And that is exactly what it seems to be doing. The footage is nearly indiscernible and it is that way for a reason. I feel like it will be made clearer soon.

TL;DR: It would be much more productive for us to focus less on arguing the creeper's identity and more on pondering the things that are finitely evident in the entry. Smile

 		I would much rather it not be Slenderman and be someone else like Jessica or Alex. I dunno why, it just makes it seem more suspenseful, and lead to more interesting discussions.

Also, to me, it seems like the figure was someone with a hood over his/her head, and was holding the zipper at the top or something like that.

I know, right? I don't want Tim to be TTA. He just doesn't seem like the type of person who would carry around a camera making mysterious videos.

I absolutely love the idea of TTA being someone we don't know that much about, but have heard of before. That's why I still want it to be Seth.

I just don't think the figure is Slendy. If it is Slendy, what does that mean? Absolutely nothing. Slenderman appeared again. He's never done anything and all of his appearances to date have done nothing but increase the creepiness. Basically, it can't be Slenderman because that's just too easy.

I'm pretty sure this is supposed to make us think, just because of the fact that Jay outright stated that he can't tell who the figure was. If it was Slendy, he would've said nothing with the assumption that we KNOW who it was.

Like you said, it definitely can't be Tim since his leg would still be broken. That means it's either Alex, TTA, or someone completely different.

I really hope it's TTA. The thought of finally seeing him on film (assuming he isn't Tim) is awesome to me.

Edit: Also, I don't see how people are seeing a suit and tie. It just looks like someone with a red shirt and a dark jacket that's zipped up.

Edit 2: Which is exactly what Alex is wearing in #38, presumably the following morning.

Ah, you're right. It is obviously the same day as the call, I simply forgot the "tomorrow" after "Meet me at Rosswood Park." Plus, with Jay pacing and fidgeting with his phone, it looked as if he was waiting for someone who didn't show up.

Really? I found it much more creepier thinking it was Slenderman looking into your window, making sure he knows EXACTLY where you are. He's just staring at you while you sleep. But wake up, and he's nowhere to be found.
