The lack of visual tearing/distortion doesn't rule out the Operator's presence.
Example: Entry #1 - only the sound is missing.
there's visual tearing in entry one, the only time it doesn't appear is when the person filming is asleep

for a brief moment I saw the streetlight shine light on what looked like long hair, so I'm going with Jessica.
What kind of car does Jay drive?

Judging form Entry 27 he drives a Mazda, I'm not sure what Model though.

I still think the movement *is* indicative of it not being the Operator. They seem to have been putting a concerted effort into making him not look as human as he did in early entries. The Operator sighting in Entry #4 is embarrassingly bad by any later entry's standards. Of course they haven't been terribly consistent, and the walk up to the car is reminiscent of the walk in Entry #6, but no recent entry looks like this. It's a reasonable thing to doubt.
There's also the fact that the elbow is bent, which really does make it look like the figure is holding something (which could easily account for the white line that makes it look like a suit). I'd get a screenshot but like most things in this series it's too blurry to make out without seeing it in motion. From 2:28 to 2:36 there's a pretty clear elbow on the left side of the figure (viewer's perspective).
I'm also pretty amazed at how many people assume the figure is tall. The back window of J's car is not particularly high. It's not like he's driving a pick-up truck or something. O_o
It's obviously not conclusive but the people who are practically insulting everyone for doubting this are just being arrogant. It could easily go either way.

I completely disagree with all of this. I don't think there was anything substandard or wrong with the Operator's walk in entry 4, nor have I noticed any sort of effort to establish this thing's natural movements, because it is not natural. It can warp over long distances in the swivel of a camera, adjust the length of its arms, and also exhibits noticeable fluctuations in its movement capabilities. This thing clearly isn't bound by most laws of physics, I think eratic shifts in movement are perfectly normal for a being that is abnormal.

It's not Operator, he moves slowly but I could be wrong...
My guesses it's Jessica, Alex or someone else.

I think this points out that J is asleep and leans towards the Operator.

I tried cleaning up the video a bit:

Hopefully someone else can do a better job, but this does at least make the outline of the figure more distinct.

JUST TO CLARIFY
Firstly, this poll isn't intended to figure out who the figure was. By no means is the character with the most votes DEFINITELY AND UNDOUBTEDLY the figure. It's simply a poll to see how popular each possibility is, and THAT'S IT.
Secondly, I didn't anticipate all of the discussion/arguments about the figure from the official topic to migrate here. It's fine by me, but I recommend either ALL discussion/arguments about the figure either go in this topic or in the official topic. Having essentially the same discussion going on in two different topics is pointless.
Therefore, I either close this topic to any more replies, or you guys do all of the figure-specific discussion here. You guys tell me, which should it be?

Yeah, definitely not Slendy. There's a difference between a dress suit and a regular jacket. And you can clearly see them holding up a camera here.

Just wondering, where do you clearly see a camera? I've watched both videos (the original and the cleaned up one) and I can't see anything that indicates them holding a camera...

Well, nevermind. I can't lock a topic because I'm not an OP (even if I did author it...). There's also nothing I can really do except to suggest that you post all discussion in one place, but that's not very realistic. Whatever, post as much as you'd like.

It's probably the Operator.

I am pretty sure the white at the front isn't a business shirt, it's a hand - either holding up a camera, or holding a coat shut.
I'm betting on Alex. Alex told Jay to be there, after all.
I'm guessing this controversy will most likely go away come the next TTA video.
We've discussed this before though, Slenderman can speak. Just not conventionally. My guess is that Alex had been got by Slenderbro and used his voice mimick to tell Jay to go there. Slenderman then didn't kneel to the car because:
He couldn't
or
He doubted anyones prescense.

OK, heap of problems with this:
- Even if Slendy does talk, the only really convincing incident was back in the spacewarp basement when there was that weird "hello". There certainly hasn't been any indication that Slendy can imitate another person's voice so convincingly that he can actually say full phrases and pass off as that person.
- Slendy can't break some glass? That would be a pretty lame weakness.
- If Jay is sleeping in there then why wouldn't Slendy be able to see him?
It's someone strolling up in a hoodie, either holding a camera up or holding their hoodie shut (because it's cold outside). You people are so starved of Operator-sightings you'll latch onto anything which even vaguely looks like the guy.
Whoever it is a) may have been filming Jay (which would be strong evidence for whoever it is being TTA, who's been known to follow Jay and film him before), and b) was almost certainly checking to see if Jay was in there - hence peering through the back in the first place.
My guess is that it's Alex and he wanted to check that Jay was there before doing... something. Maybe calling up the Operator and saying "yo, delicious meat delivery in Rosswood Park, snatch it up dawg."
