 		@Jessica's Hair: Since this takes place during the first of the 7 months, is it possible she could've had shorter hair at the time and just grown it out over the next 6 months? Just throwing that out there, I don't really have a theory myself.

@Entry4: Wow. Has it really been that long since I've watched this? I honestly forgot about that fast moving figure, but my first thought was "blond dude in a blue jacket". Has anyone ever done a frame-by-frame analysis?

 		i think it's slendy. and J was sleeping in his car because alex told him to meet at the park, but he didn't give J a time. and slendy isn't looking for J, he's looking for Alex. that's why he looked in the car and walked away.

 		Just to say, I don't think anyone should trust Tim's word on things. He does have a sense of humour. Could easily be pulling our legs. Razz

It's also quite possible that he was supposed to be TTA in season 1, but Troy/Joseph changed it for season 2 without telling him. That's probably something I would do if I were trying to maintain secrets.

If I was trying to keep a secret, I would also let slip a lie to keep people from getting closer to the truth, especially if it's a secret that the series really revolves around.

I'm not going to trust something Tim might have said just because he could be lying.

First off, just because you don't like the idea that this is Slendy doesn't mean you can completely write off what happened in the past because "It's just not him". The reasoning behind this is just flawed.

While I'm willing to acknowledge that Entry 4 may have been a fluke, and that this might not be Slendy, I have to go with the concrete evidence I do have, that's not contradicted by anything in the previous videos--which is that it looks like he's wearing a suit and tie, and that I see no evidence of hair. Hence I believe it is Slendy.

Secondly, the creators didn't mention anything about Slendy in the commentary. I think they're trying to keep a lot of the mystery behind the series, well, mysterious, at least until the ending.


Yeah, they make one vague reference to the Operator in the commentaries, when they talk about a character looking for a rather tall and slender man in a business suit.

 		Hi people! Very Happy I've followed this series for a while now and never posted here but have followed peoples thoughts. Now I'm going to give it a shot here on this entry. Here's my opinion:

There's been a lot of debut on who was outside the car: Alex, TTA, Tim, Slendy, Jessica, Trail Guy, etc. I do believe that was the Slenderman outside the car. It didn't seem like it had a face and I believe I saw a suit and tie. Him seeming shorter could have just been with adjusting his height like he's done before. I've seen people say he walked to human like to be Slendy. I think that whatever they used to make Slendy had to be adjusted to fit with what they wanted. I think this was done to puzzle us not to scare us. They had to change it in order to make the entry how they wanted to. There's also debate on no distortion. I did hear a small break when J laid down but that's all. However there wasn't really any at all. It's probable that The Slenderman can control what he distorts with his magic powers or whatever. I believe the lack of distortion was due to the fact that Slendy might not have known there was a camera there and he didn't distort anything. It's possible he does this to not be seen much but this time he didn't either because he wasn't aware of the camera or just felt like letting it go. Him looking in the car could have been him trying to look for someone. He could have been looking for Alex, peered in and saw nothing and continued on. Also if he was looking for Alex he may not have cared about anyone else being there. He also might not have noticed the camera when he looked in and just wnet on his merry way.

I had a better post then this but I forgot most of the better things I was going to say but this is about the jist of it I believe. Thanks for reading this if you do and thanks for considering my opinions.

To those saying there is no distortion I can prove the opposite. I use Vegas Pro 10. And they definitely used the Gaussian Blur video effect for that part. For proof I can take about 5 seconds of that or any video thats dark and do the same thing. I use that effect a lot and know it pretty well. Won't have to upload video of it just a screenshot of it. Edit- Though the blur could have been done to give the illusion of fogging windows as they filmed this recently and probably wouldn't want to sit around while some windows fog when he could do a blur and make it look like it.


For those that haven't moused over. I can prove there was distortion. Doing so is all OOG information though.

And While I am blathering on I haven't read the last 10 pages. But I am with team Slender on who it was mainly cause we haven't seen him in a while. And a Slender has to Slend (by being generally creepy) to be a Slenderman.

 		The fellow in this entry was way too short to be Slendy. For reference, look at Jay standing outside the car before he hops in and then at the guy hanging outside the car. There's not enough of a size difference for him to be The Operator.

I'm not disregarding, I cut stuff out since your post was long-ish and only a page back, and I wasn't responding to individual points. Meh, no worries. Long week for me too, I think I took it a bit more to heart than I should've.

I wasn't pissed at you. In all honesty, I just think the debate is getting... silly? That works. I saw the post above mentioning how you can add blur in post-production, and that may very well be what they did, and if so I'm not above admitting I was wrong about the camcorder.

It sounds like there are two arguments going on concurrently here: about whether or not the entry has any visual distortion whatsoever, and whether or not the distortion is Operator-related. Maybe I'm mixing them up. I guess if that is a gaussian blur filter that there technically is, but I don't think it's supposed to be seen as distortion (a la the screen tears, heavy discoloration, etc. that the Operator normally causes). That's why I was pretty convinced it was a camcorder distortion. I think that's what it's supposed to look like.

 		Okay so I was reading all of these posts so I wouldnt be the guy who just pops in then out, but after 10 pages i decided just to look at the video a few times and formulate my own (even if it was probably said) opinion.

It sort of looks like the figure in the video is wheezing/coughing. Which both jay and tim (maybe alex?) experienced in past videos.

Hope this makes people question themselves Very Happy

 		It does appear the entity outside the vehicle has a tie on. Just because there is no distortion doesn't mean it's not the Operator. Look at previous entries when the operator is outside being filmed from the inside as well as the the season 1 ending #26.
