Has Anyone Looked...

Has anyone been to Imagination Park?

They have a pirate ship, sand pit, and a crow's nest.

Imagination playground is not permanent. It is a movable bunch of boxes brought to various areas. Usually areas with little or poor playgrounds. The concept is so that the children can create their own play area.

Also the playground that you looked at is in the South Street Seaport, which I believe was not finished till quite some time after our puppet pirates had supposedly buried the treasure. I believe it wasn't finished until around October of 2010. This hunt started in August 2010.

There are quite a few other playgrounds within the 5 that have pirate/ship themes within them.

If you're just thinking of imagination playground now you are the definition of a n00b. I was there the first week this hunt started, jumping fences like a ninja in the cloack of darkness and digging up sand pits like a bull in a china shop. There is nothing to be found there.

And to the n00b saibot who suggested that this Imagination Playground was built after the hunt started you are n00btacularly WRONG. The park was under construction at the time the treasure was buried (or at least purported to have been buried by these n00bs Damien and Vinny). So it would make sense that it could be there.

But since I'm not a n00b I pulled the construction plans for the park and the deepest the sand pits go is 3 feet...only a nintendo no-friendo would think a pirate would hide his booty there.
