Am I Losing My Mind!?

I cannot login to the RP in order to keep my scores! How am I supposed to support my fleet if I can't even log in!!!! I never got sent a different e-mail when I recieved my .pdf copy only my astronaut name and the special password! These are the steps I tried and nothing works:

1)enter email address that i received my certification with and the password I used to register = nada

2) " " " " " " " " " " " special code that was given to me instead of my normal password = nada

3) " " " " " " " " " " " and capitalized it with same special password = nada!!!

4) tried the lost password portion and no matter how i enter anything i get = NADA

someone with a higher intelligence level please help me, after all us sonic strength fleet poppeteers are known for our stamina and courage NOT brainpower!!!

When I tried I found the Email address is case sensitive
KratenSPLATISP.com
is not the same as kratenSPLATisp.com
