It's possible that what TTA wanted to show Jay was that he's not Tim, but he had to wait for the right set-up. Jay discovered from the safe tapes that Tim was incapacitated. Once he posted the video from the parking lot, which he knew was only a week later, then finally TTA could post a video with footage of Jay, driving home the point that Tim was not the only one watching him.

True, if TTA just wanted to say, "Hey, I'm not Tim - guess again!" he could have done so much sooner and clearer. Then again, why does TTA post anything as cryptically as he does?

 		Ahhh you yelled at meeee! :c For expressing my opinion in what I thought to be the best-suited thread for it. I wasn't even arguing for or against Tim, just arguing why I thought a specific point was invalid.

 		I think what he wanted to show J was simply that he was there that night, filming him, but it wouldn't have made any sense to show J before he saw the footage of totheark filming him from his own footage. So what is the importance of totheark filming him that particular night? Maybe he knows J will eventually find footage of the rest of his forest walk with Alex. Maybe totheark was there for that as well.

See, I'm inclined to disagree only because I still believe Tim = Masky = TTA. But none of that necessarily means TTA was filming. I still really like the post I quoted in my original message, saying that it was Alex and TTA was simply showing Jay such. Why would Alex tell J to come to the park and then not go? Makes no sense to me. But it's all speculative. Again, there's really no way of knowing.

Oh, I was under the impression that Jay was sleeping in his car the same night that he got Alex's phone call, and he wasn't due to meet Alex until the next day. I believe there may have been some debate over this in the #39 thread - did we ever come to a consensus?

So IF it was the same night, that makes me think the figure wasn't Alex. But it doesn't entirely rule him out, either. Some people suggested he could have been paranoid and felt the need to check up on him - to make sure he wasn't going masky or whatnot.

Have we just forgotton about him? Or did we just disprove him?

Because I'm inclined to belive that if there is a skully, he could easily be TTA, but honestly I'm just talking out my ass with this theory.

I just rewatched it and there's some interesting points to note for each side.

Jay looks to be living out of his car at this point, since he's in the back of his car when Alex initially calls him. He then changes locations (presumably to Rossword Park) and seems to be impatiently pacing outside the car at night time.

The impression I've always gotten is that he went to Rosswood on the presumed meeting day and waited the whole day to no avail, then slept there, and that's when our mysterious TTPL paid him a visit.

Voice altering, but thats a faaaar stretch. It would make sense though......

 		Yeah, that sounds like a reasonable assumption, and I could easily buy that scenario. But for right now there's no conclusive evidence proving it. We don't know for sure that he was even at Rosswood Park. You're right, he does seem to be living out of his car, which means he could have parked it anywhere. Or he might have gone straight to the park for the night because he had to be there the next day, and he didn't know what time Alex wanted to meet - morning, afternoon, etc.

I still think it was the same night, and probably not Alex. But I won't be shocked if that turns out to be wrong.
