No, watch it again. Don't just watch it, listen closely. If you listen really, really hard to the audio in #39 when it has been reversed and amplified, you can just about hear "FUCK."

Given the Forecast video, we can be almost fully sure that the dude is TTA. If we can figure who SPECIFICALLY this is, we'll know who TTA is.
