I'd say leaving is a good idea, but with a baby, it's much more difficult.

The baby is adorable, and I gotta say, the distortion is significantly more subtle. I think it works well. I could have sworn I saw our tall and mysterious when the camera was pointing at the random street, but I can't be sure. I watched it a few times, but I just can't confirm anything.

I feel like the baby was looking at something the whole time, but more than likely it's just the baby being a baby.

The lack of audio distortion is kind of offsetting somehow.

I'm SOO excited to see their Slender Man, especially after his appearance in "My Baby is Home"

I had the same feeling about the baby looking at something. She kept looking in the same direction. It could just be a baby being a baby, or the could have had somebody off camera getting her to look there. It's a toss up.

This video made me d'awwwwwwwwwwww so very, very hard.

However...

I know it is just a baby, but...did anyone else notice how when the baby walks away at the end, she's holding her hand up as if someone taller than her is leading her somewhere...? This skeezed me the fuck out, especially considering she's just a baby and couldn't rightly have been taught to do that...could she?

Yeah I noticed it too.
So, here's the facts:
1) Baby was looking past the camera and mom multiple times
2) When on the car, it turned away from both to look at something the camera couldn't see
3) She walks away hold the hand of something that wasn't there

This video seems to support the theory that the Slender Man can choose who sees him. From the angle the baby is looking, it appears as though TJ would have been able to see it in her peripheral vision at least. Plus, like people have said, the baby seems to be reaching up/holding a hand at the end and the camera is pointed right at her.
