Fine, I'll go with B. Sure, she deserves to be told off, but Paul is going to hear it, and besides, if Jack at least attempts to be the bigger person, hopefully that cunt of a woman will realize that he can't do that while drunk.

I think B. If Paul is listening he needs to see that his dad is the better, more reasonable person. I have a feeling he may need his dad's help in the future.
