And doesnt anyone else find it a bit unsettling that our details are openly available on the "About" page of the website? I can clearly see everyones email addys on the members roster, minus Frank. Of course.
I noticed that....I'm really glad I just said willow for my name now o.O

Yeah, Well aside from that I'm a bit miffed that our email addresses are on display, can't be necessary really? I mean if we all need to work together then I guess its cool but all the same . .
Anyway willowrain its funny you should get the word brady , did you notice thats apparently the name of one of their staff? Brady Matthews

The only thing I'm worried about there is that I will start getting spam due to it being in the clear. I suppose we could ask the Webmaster not to display our addresses.
Anyway, I think the words are going to be a website.

wow, they get back quick! got an e-mail back just to confirm my membership (the joining form was sorta US-centric in terms of address)... think the PM must be reading this thread, coz they asked me if it would be ok to list my e-mail on the member roster rather than just going ahead and putting it up there!

Yeah I get the same concern regarding spam. . but we will see.
And Jehosophat I get what you're saying about the US centric locations, being UK based I just had to leave the "state" as it was by default and there werent even enough digits for my postal code lol!

And . . . lol at this email I suddenly have!
Dear New Member,
The webmaster has received an email expressing concern about the inclusion of email addresses on the member roster. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to send us an email if you prefer your address left off of the roster. This is no trouble at all.
Sincerely.

I apologize for not updating about the puzzle solve properly (the word search) -- a little impetuous.

I believe the segments we are receiving via email are part of the first assignment, once we figure it out aka "have all the pieces" we have to "return them". . its all a bit random so far and we don't as of yet know how many pieces there are, who has them, or what to do when we gather them all . .
Can everyone who has a "piece" list it here? Perhaps if we have a collective we can decipher it . .

whoever suggested that all the pieces would make up a website, you're definitely right.
Just got my 'piece':

Ok, based on that now, I put all the pieces into Google and the top result was this, which seems to be what we are looking for. . as it contains all our bits thus far

EDIT: The answer I gave under the spoiler was a solve. Plus giving that answer also gives you your first assignment it's an interesting one alright. .

If we all got different themes, that's probably something significant. If not, then, well, it's probably what it appears at face value. Guess I'm gonna have to dig out my camera!

Yep, mine is the same.
Should be fun, did you submit the answer to the clue or are people automatically receiving their first assignments now? Either way next clue is being submitted soon. . *rubs hands in anticipation*

Yay it actually involves photography assignments! So on this =)
Now, I can't work on this until tomorrow or Tuesday. So I'mma try looking for connections between the archive entry, and the link found above. It's worth a shot, right? The only Father and Son I've seen so far was a portrait of Abraham Lincoln and his son Tad that was photographed by Brady. Tad died from illness when he was 18, and well. Abe was shot. I may be off base, but unless the link was just to tell us we were on the right track with Brady, maybe there's something there? Sorry if this seems off or dumb. The only other ARG I've played has been Haunted Majora. Sooo.....at least I'm learning more about photography this way XD
