Er, I'm curious...
what thread should I go to that doesn't necessarily speculate solely on the events of the video itself, but what it might mean in the long run? Would that be the Season 2 discussion? (sorry to barge in, I don't want to post in the wrong place)...

i guess i'll create a timeline topic and c/p my posts into it, and then people can dissect it and we can form a conclusion on the timeline

The end of Entry number 12. Just what do you think happened after those lines:

"Hey, buddy!"
"What's he doing?"

I mean they didn't all scatter, they didn't all freak out. How could that have possibly ended.
Sorry, totally off topic I know, and belongs in the entry 12 thread, but when I saw slendy in the woods I just thought of that.

I just wish that Jay had told us when entry 35 took place, like the date on the label. I know most people agree that it happened almost directly after 34, but I feel like we're missing something between those entries...If I knew when Tim got his leg bashed in in relation to the entire 7 months, it'd be easier to figure everything out, haha.

But seriously, 5:06 into that entry was probably the best scare I've had in a long time. I mean this entry was just one thing after another. Old skool MH fear. It was nice return after all the entries in the hotel. But it's also a symbol of something else: Slendy has never directly appeared after Jay before, even entry 29 (I think it was anyway) when he appears at the end of the tunnel, we don't know if that was alex or Jay or someone else. But if The Operator has changed his target, then Jay is in serious crap.

I just hope Alex didnt lure him out there so Slendy would start pursuing him instead. Heck for all we know Alex as a kid may have ventured into those woods and climbed those trees for fun and marked himself years ago. Alex did seem oddly insistent on Jay approaching the trees.

another thing to note:

it seems like jay just "warps" into another part of the park at some point in entry 40 like he did in brians house and ended up in the closet. while some people say he just cut out video, im wondering why he started it back up where he did and not just closer to the part where he's fiddling with the chimney thing
