since we're on the topic of slender sickness, in Addition it appears to be Jay on the floor having a coughing fit, but it looks as though he is wearing a mask on. does anyone have an answer for this? was it not really jay on the ground but masky?

I dont know if someone already posted this, but IIRC Masky/Tim suffers from epilepsy or something like that. There's a entry in which Masky is after Jay and then he falls to the ground with a seizure.

I dont know if that entry was AFTER Jay took the pills. Maybe the pills with no label are some kind of meds for epilepsy, and without them, Masky gets seizures.

If they were just epilepsy pills he could get more easily--he presumably has a prescription. The pills are likely something special Tim made (or was given?) himself.

I've long believed the pills that Tim had were for seizures. However, keep in mind that it is a common horror trope for powerful or experimental medications often have... other... effects. I've wondered if the medication lead to Tim becoming Masky.
