Who doesn't want a big brother like the Slender Man? Why, you and him could pretend to be superheros! It would be adventures of Slenderman and Meatboy (Or Ladlelass for those of the female persuasion)!

In all seriousness I like the hat because it reminds me of Freddy Krueger. Oh, and this guy: http://cdn3.knowyourmeme.com/i/33261/original/poltergeist.jpg?1262502181 No clue who he is, he just creeps me out.

Have we had this yet?

Accidental Slendy origin story, anyone?
And from an episode from a parody show about calcium. Wow.

That person must just not give mention to blatant plagiarists of MH.

There's a fine line between plagiarism and mimicry. Plagiarism would be using something from Marble Hornets EXACTLY as it appeared in their series and passing it off as their own, like stealing Masky or Jay's character completely, bringing nothing new to the table at all. This would be similar to changing "Casey at bat" to "Lacey at bat"; only names change, but the story stays exactly the same. Creative copying or mimicry, on the otherhand, is what every single side-story and blog that was spawned due to MH and JAF have done. EMH, TT, MLA, and a good amount of the other stories have introduced new concepts, interesting ideas, enjoyable content, and different plot/storylines, going beyond just miming what MH and other originals, like JAF, have done. They've all contributed to the the slender fandom and mythos greatly, and if you fail to see that, you may as well call "The Matrix" nothing more than a plagiarized version of Plato's "Allegory of the Cave." Confused

Slendy pic
Aspiring Photographer

So I'm new to the forums. I started watching MH then I stumbled upon here. I found myself really interested in the whole myth. As a photographer/artist/filmaker (of sorts) I decided I'd take a SM pic. Now This pic was easy to take, seeing as how I did photography for 4 years. I took it outside my house and the whole time, I felt... Uneasy... I literally felt like I shouldn't be doing this. I took the pic, and left quickly... I looked back and a cat was staring at me... enjoy. Also, I'll be making a series myself later

Hate to bust your chops, but this really didn't need it's own thread. With that said, I think you can do more than a digital macro of an operator symbol. Maybe, put together a slendy mannequin to shoot with if you have the time and materials. And based on your photo, it looks like you have a quality camera at your disposal.
