But you may be interested in the "Tulpa" theory. Being that our collected thoughts and fear of the Slenderman may someday make him into a real being. Or something like that, I can't remember off the top of my head.

Nah, bro. It might seem real only because it is based on the fears everyone had as children (eg: strangers and the unknown in general). His business suit gives him an air of authority (cold, professional, and having power) as well as makes him seem common, so he could have been there without you even noticing it (people often wear suits).

He fits so perfectly into people's perceptions of "shadow people".

However (and in this I think I'm giving a scoop) I found conclusive proof in studies that there were ancient dieties that looked very much like him and are given the same powers. So maybe, the person/people who created the Slender Man got devine inspiration Smile
