Yes. The sadface also happens to look like the drawing from Intermission.

On a more serious note, I think this new player is almost definitely totheark, and I still like the Alex=TTA theory for now, so that's what I'm sticking with. However, the build of this new character seems to match Brian more than Alex… hmm.

You're not alone--Definitely a sad face on that mask.

Also, how are we seeing this guy's skin color? The mask is made up of two colors, black and red. You can't see through it to see his face at all.

If you watch the clip, the shape of the "letters" stays pretty much the same -- I don't think the water is making it wonky. Also, it'd take some craftsmanship to make the "letters" the same color and nature as the natural black streaks on the streambed. It's a cool coincidence, and maybe they picked that particular clip for that reason, but I don't think it was written in there.

Thats what I thought, I almost thought it was a dyed black Scarecrow mask from Batman Begins at first glance.

Also- now I've got my foot hard in my mouth. Just tonight I was suggesting that there wouldn't be other masked characters popping up willy-nilly.
