I love how this has a very "Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind" to it. Maybe it's because I'm a product of the 80's but I really get a nostalgic vibe from every aspect of this movie.

The summer is looking great! Very Happy

This poster is excellent � especially knowing what we do about these 2 characters (not that it's much). They look vulnerable standing there holding hands. We don't know if the lights are aliens or the military or if they are approaching or leaving. It could be a moment of fear or sadness. It reminds me of when ET is leaving � the feeling of having met a great friend at summer camp and watching him/her drive away on the last day not knowing if you'll ever meet again. But it could be them frozen like deer in headlights thinking "Holy sh!t � what have we gotten ourselves into?" I like that it still keeps me guessing.

It looks like the movie will be character driven with lots of crazy action � I CAN'T WAIT!

Can anyone get a good zoom on the poster, right between the japanese "Abrams" and the "Spielberg?" It looks like something of importance.

I think he was talking about the upper section of the poster. You can see more lens flares or motherships (?) coming down from the sky between "Abrams" and "Spielberg".

Btw...anybody noticed that the lens flares are appearing in groups of three...?
