 		About HABIT possibly implying things about the doctor:
I think Corenthal is a good guy. I almost need him to be; he's a source of comfort in a way. HABIT has plenty of reason to hate Corenthal as we know him (i.e. for "taming" him). So either trying to make us question Corenthal or actually suggesting Corenthal did something less than good... If Corenthal had anything to do with the deaths of the kids, Evan means HABIT too? Here we are with the drowning/flooding theme as well. Maybe HABIT is pissed that Corenthal, frankly, drowned him and/or the others?
Heavy speculation there, still.

 		I don't know whether Corenthal is good, bad, mad, or other, but I do think he needs to be found. He may know what HABIT is, he may have fallen prey to him and gone mad, he may be a host, he may be the victim of a frame-up. I think HABIT may well have developed from an alternate personality into something that can jump from hosts, or inhabit multiple hosts at once; I am still not convinced he is a demon with a long history of high-profile carnage, as his tumblr-hacks suggest.

I think HABIT existed well before Corenthal came into Centralia Evan's life, and I think HABIT didn't care for him at all to begin with.

 		I just came here a couple of minutes ago and registered because I thought it was finally time to stop watching from the sidelines without being part of the community.

You can imagine my face when I saw two threads with hundreds of pages each.

This is why I haven't gotten into many of the blogs. They've all crossed over and I'm going to have to read them all at once to be able to understand what's going on.

Oh well, might as well get started. What's our current topic of discussion?

70 pages of theories later...

I still like the idea of MT4 being trapped in the consciousness that is HABIT, but I've given up on it as a legitimate theory. I agree with the "HABIT is a lying bastard" school of thought, but damnit, we don't have any leads left.

Not much of an ARG when every single suggestion we could make is either irrelevant or pointless due to people being dead.

Oh, by the way, If Corenthal is really dead, I quit. I'm so out of ideas. XD

As for HABIT, he's been really quiet. Probably still hung over from Easter. Obviously it's his favourite holiday.

 		Finally came back to this since my marathon watching in December, and I haven't even looked at EMH since the YouTube video in March.

I'm so confused. Where is the "action" taking place? I can't seem to find a clear location for it. Or is the point that everything is on hold right now and we're waiting for new content? :/

Basically the most recent happenings has been HABIT hacking into Steph's tumblr and yanking our chain. The boys and Steph are apparently OK but it's been some time since they've really responded to anything except for a very angry response from Evan to qaqa two weeks ago. So we've been waiting.

EDIT: In all seriousness, this got me thinking. Say you had the equipment to do it, do you think that the Rake could be killed through pure physical force? The Rake doesn't have any space-time distorting powers itself, and if you could somehow get him in to a car compactor or hydraulic press, do you think it could be killed?

Yeah. It seemed to be in pain when it was struggling with Evan in the shed. But I'd think you'd need something real powerful to even have a chance of taking it down. Small arms wouldn't do much but piss it off, I think.
