I've decided to compile evidence for Jessica being totheark or a member or totheark, and by extension being the new masked person.

- In Entry #15, Tim does not seem to have memories of his being a masked person. While it is possible he hasn't become one yet, if the totheark being multiple people theory is correct and totheark was Tim at the beginning, it is clear that members of totheark do not remember being totheark. Jessica claims to have a massive amount of memory loss, and if Jessica is indeed totheark then this would make sense. If members of totheark/totheark and Tim are being brainwashed by The Operator, it would make sense that they would not remember being totheark and would experience memory loss.

- Jessica has been shown to cause distortion. The only other people shown to cause distortion are Tim, the new masked person, and The Operator. This could lead to the new masked person being Jessica. It is also likely that Tim is either a member of totheark or on the same side as totheark, so it would make sense for totheark/another member of totheark to cause distortion. totheark's videos also predominantly feature distortion. If one goes by theory that totheark is being brainwashed by The Operator, it would also make sense for totheark to cause distortion.

- Jessica disappeared in Entry #33. totheark's first video since season 1 was a response to Entry #34, shortly after Jessica's disappearance. Masked Tim was also on sight when Jessica disappeared, and Tim is likely to be a member of totheark or working with totheark.

- Jessica had a safe like Jay's. Since it is likely that the new masked person filmed Forecast and Intermission, it would make sense that the new masked person would want to store footage somewhere that no one else could get to until they needed it for totheark videos.

TL;DR: There's a bunch of reasons for the new masked person to be Jessica.

I'm afraid I don't quite get why people think Tim is Masky No. 2.
He already has one mask. And psychopaths don't exactly have the spare change to go out and buy a new one at Wal-Mart just cause he wanted to.

Seems kinda redundant if you ask me.

And anyway.
I think Tim's identity is pretty much set in stone as the Skull Masky. Plus, New Masky didn't have a limp.

Then forgive me, because I must be behind on this new lingo that all the hip young folks are using nowadays. Jesus, don't kill me... v_v

The Masky in Entries #18, #19, #23, ######, #33, and #35 I do believe are all one and the same. There appears to be no change in build, height, visible hair, and ect. They match up with Tim, unless Brian or Seth decided to have a makeover day and decided to look like Tim, which I find unlikely.

I think you're confusing Skully with the standard Masky-mask. Skully is the term given to the figure in #26.

Look from 3:00 in Entry 41 on at the build of Blasky. It appears the chest line puffs out as if it's a woman (noticed this in a still side shot from that entry) and pay attention to the size of the head to the width of the shoulders, then rewatch Entry 30 from 1:13 to 1:22. The sound is the same, when she turns to walk away the side profile is almost identical, and she carries herself similarly. As far as the build of Hoody, the body size is hard to determine in a hoodie. I'm going off the lines of the shoulders mostly. Very similar.
