Has anyone seen the 5gum website? I'm having trouble with the fifth puzzle.

Still waiting for I.D.

OK, succumbed to temptation. I now await gum vouchers in the mail, if they can swim across the Atlantic of course.

Which 5gum website do you mean ginji? I've looked around a few but haven't seen any with puzzles on?

5gum.com

And! This is probably not connected with the ARG, but if you call
1-(800)WRIGLEY
there's a Choose-your-own-adventure game. I'v only gotten one ending, so who knows.

Hmm. My page gets to 50% loaded and then stops and flashes awkwardly at me?

For puzzle 5, I dunno if it's because my computer is a P.O.S., but rotate one handle until a half charge shown on the screen. Rotate the other until it get's to about 1/4. By then they are roughly even. Repeat as necessary. Worked well enough for me at least.

On the 5gum website, the door to puzzle 4 is closed for me *headdesk* I got the other 4 puzzles done. Oh well? Anyone else have this problem?

I also haven't gotten anything in the mail, but will have to try the Choose Your Own Adventure on the phone line, that is really too fun Razz I love CYOA

Door 4 is closed for me too. Maybe in relation to TSN? Just a thought. As for the number, I'll call tomorrow, too much to do today.

Door 4 is closed for me as well.

There is also this site http://www.5react.com/

This promotion is only available to New Zealand and Australia Sad but the interesting bit is the "Continue your sensory experience option". Black envelopes and codes sound nifty!

Edit: However, the facebook page for 5react http://www.facebook.com/5Gum has an interesting video
http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=101695163199363

Even more interesting is the little description at the bottom says "Visit 5react.com to see if you will be chosen. 5® React™ Gum and this promotion are currently available only in the U.S." hrm...

Edit#2 The five door dealio seems to be connected to Coachella http://www.facebook.com/5Gum?sk=app_189581781081012

meh. I get the full load, I click on one of the doors (4 are available but one is "closed" to me) to play a puzzle, and each one requires a Facebook login. I don't play that way, sorry, my loss I guess.

I have a facebook account specifically for my inARG character. Does that make me uberparanoid?

Nah, I have one as well. Different email too. It just makes it easier to know what you're getting. That and messages of "HELP! I'm trapped in a cave and a monster is trying to eat me!" on your FB wall can start to worry your non-arg friends. Laughing

I thought that was half the point, lmao.

Also we probably won't know anything until we start getting our items, whatever those may be as far as if it intersects with the 5gum website.
