...I kinda wouldn't mind. But then again, my current plan is playing both sides, but still... being a leader seems like it's the most likely option to get any neat swag, so I wouldn't mind if the Proto Arm got voted up a lot.

And I've got buckets of time.

As excited as I was to see her reference my presser, it was badly misquoted, and of course I would expect as much from a hack rag such as the CJP obviously is bed with S3P...

I left a comment on the article.

Here are the parts of the code from the video, which i managed to write down:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

1. piece: d2c24d59e0baff4d0

3.: fbf90254b7a7023

4.: 155fbdf62590867

5.: a689c18a8cbe490cc

Did anyone catch the second piece?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Looks like the second "code" is just the word "nein" (no in deutsch) written upside down
http://i55.tinypic.com/2w4jke9.jpg

The "codes" look a lot like the private crypto keys for CSS or the PS3, some kind of algorithmic hash code...
If you put the 4 pieces together, you have a 64 characters long key :
d2c24d59e0baff4d0fbf90254b7a7023155fbdf62590867a689c18a8cbe490cc
It's the size of a SHA-256 hash... Maybe we'll need to verify that some files are coming from the right source using this hash... I don't know...

It's also a very big number in hexadecimel?

Or a series of smaller numbers. Well, still big numbers to be honest.

The first thing I thought when I saw them was a mac address, but it's the wrong length.

tried to translate them to ASCII, but that has no result as well..

also, could the nein be meant to read nine?

THX for the captures, draghkar. Whatever "nein" is it sorta looks out of place with the 64bit string & it's 4bits short to work as a key if that string is a Blowfish Encryption. Dunno

something weird with the s3p video:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
on the s3p video i noticed the following texts flash in :

in her text
there are secrets
find the expert

hmm?

My thoughts :

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

in her text : Mary Smith, member of s3p, also writes for The City Journal Post
there are secrets : http://www.cityjournalpost.com/defence-hostiles-rush-union/ > inverted email adress on paper in the picture (stop3pointsSPLATgmail.com)
find the expert : who is the expert and in what ? I'd say the cryptic hexadecimal code is some kind of password, and the word "nein" is a clue to find the expert. It might be Ace Harrold, because he "has helped provide communication support for dissenters in East Berlin"...

I'm in agreement with Melka about Mary. Her other article on the paper's site has the very strange line;

""I know anaconda elicits sluggers," said one resident. "But this is really something else.""

anaconda elicits sluggers?

Sounds like a candidate for an anagram if I ever saw one...

Sarah : Yeah, I saw this sentence, I didn't really know what it meant, but the anagram is a good idea ! Gonna try that.

I just submitted my product idea to ColeFusion, sorry for the block of text and the errors, guys. It's hard to explain your ideas when english is not your native language Smile

Hello, I'm Chartruse, and I'm the alt-account screenname for someone else. I'm pretty sure you can all guess who I am, but I'm just being secretive because I like doing so and to make it a bit more difficult for anyone to figure this out. I'm on the side of s3p!

Anyway, I figured a good way to get started with this stuff was to get in touch with s3p. So I sent this email to stop3pointsSPLATgmail.com:

Quote:
Hello? Is anyone reading this?

My name is Chartreuse. At least, that's what I'd like to be known by for now. My dad's one of the people in the Colefusion product development line. But something's gotten really creepy about this stuff...

Do you know anything about 3 Points? What is it?

And they responded with:

Quote:
Tell us, what sort of symptoms is he displaying?

I'm gonna reply to them, but I'm not really sure where I'm going with this... just figured I'd share it.

The Anaconda elicits sluggers phrasing IS suspicious... someone should try and see if it spells out anything else.
