Just a quick question. The embedded images are puzzles from the princess or Melissa?

ok this might be a strech...but you said that "between" was in the middle, so i was thinking that we have to take the word above and below the middle term moving outward. so in other words take the first and the last and try to see if you can combine them somehow or the second and the second to last i dunno, maybe im just tired and making things up now

Is this #prepositions channel on irc.chat-solutions.net? I can't get a DNS resolution for that server.

They are from the Sleeping Princess.

It's irc.chat-solutions.org. I had the same problem.

They are from the Sleeping Princess.

The Sleeping Princess, I believe is the only character who has ever deliberately given us a puzzle. The day Melissa intentionally gives us a puzzle, judging by her demeanor, is the day PF undeletes SPDR and apologizes to it.
Woah, I just realized Melissa has given us a puzzle...she did that whole "relay code" thing with the deliberate intention of testing our cohesion...I stand corrected.

Proposition 41 is the "voting modernization bond act" in California. Haven't found anything there that when plugged in as a .wav gives me any satisfaction.

41 Propositions gets you to a web site, but I found nothing I was able to use there either.

odd_propositions, proposition_list, and many others go nowhere as .wav as well.

I don't know if I'm throwing a spanner in the works here and broadening it out too much...

But if you take the words at their definition, collectively they account for just about everywhere you can possibly be in relation to something else.

So, maybe we're supposed to be thinking along the lines of everywhere, ubiquitous - that sort of thing.

Wait a sec..

The number of hidden wavs has been inconsistent each week. How do we know the words in both .gifs are even part of the same puzzle?

I believe the common tie is the 10 dashes above and below the clue in both images.

yes, for the record, for those who disagreed with me about SOUNDS LIKE and the propositions - I agree now they go together... at the time of my comments, the dashes before and after were not listed by those who found the clues, so there was more evidence that SOUNDS LIKE fit with the knock knock jokes in similarity than with the propositions...

but yes, now that I see the clues have been updated that both these remaining clues are unsolved, with 10 dashes above and below, they clearly belong together...

On that note... it's almost 4am and I'm back, and this last puzzle hasn't yet been solved?!?! Props to the PM's! or, man we suck... Razz

hehe well granted I'll be working on this one for the weekend (I'll be away all weekend until monday afternoon or evening) so I'm gonna record the time I solve it (if I do), then see if I would have had the first post of the solution when I get back Smile that is, if it's solved by then Surprised

cool...
