Hmm.

Well, I'm terrible at actually decoding things, but has anyone tried to check for some kind of weird Morse Code message in the audio?

Unlikely, I know, but worth a shot, right?

Also, Defectors Boneheads is an anagram for A Foreboded Stench(es)

Listening to the audio for the first time...this is quite...unsettling.

I may put it through Audacity and fiddle around a bit

EDIT: I have reversed it, it sounds a bit creepier if anything. If somone can analyse the unedited version then I will look for the backwards stuff

Sounded like AM to me.

But it was definitely 6:30 at the school where the box was picked up initially Either AM or PM. So, who all's going?

So, this actually raises a question from me. Is this audio file from our enterprising Head-In-The-Box murderer, or is this from some party that's hacked the account? Bad guys can get hacked, too. It's happened before, I'm sure. Not saying it definitively has, but still, something to consider.

The only real option we have for answers is for someone to swing by the old box coordinates at the designated time. Whoever goes, I don't advise going alone. It doesn't sound like the audio file mentioned anything about bringing more than one person with you, so, bring a friend to watch your back on this one, just in case.

Okay, so I'm delurking here just to say that on the day/time that was given (assuming the June 15 in the blog post is the day to meet), I'm actually going to be about a half hour away from the coordinates.
Should I go there and meet who/whatever this is? I'd have to bring like a group of people, considering I'm bringing a couple of friends down with me and I can't just ditch them (and depending, I may not be able to drive), but I could film going there or whatever.
