 		I go the same new image. I'm running a TinEye search on the sigil, to see if I can find anything.
ETA: TinEye came up with nothing.

 		Here some things to help you out.
I'm trying to work on the text puzzle, I'll keep you posted.

NB : On the translation, you can see that some characters have more than one translation (for example, the one that looks like a K can be translated to C or K) so I chose the one that made more sense to me, but I can be wrong. In addition, from the red text, I found that two characters that looks like a minuscule "a" (but are in fact translated to U or V) side by side also mean W. keep that in mind when trying to make sense of those white letters...

It's a summoning sigil of some sort. It's used to summon spiritual entities.. I will see if I can locate it.

If anyone has online resources check for sigils from the lesser key of solomon or..crud, cant remember the other book they normally pulled sigils from.
