Look at the text and numbers on the rubber gloves worn by the military person packing the cubes. Might be some thing in there.

 		Check out the guy on the table at 0:34. Is that Josh's father?? He appears to be African-American. The line "I don't want any more trouble, do you?" Fits, even though it's right after the sequence of the guy who says he saw it.

As far as possible secrets...still looking. Can't read what's written on the guys glove, the shop boy has a tattoo on his arm that says "love life" that wasn't as easily seen before (for me anyways)

Also, not surprisingly, is the scene with it in the garage and then a huge hole, so this thing may have gone underground immediately after the train crash, and that's why many people aren't seeing it.
