No city even close to me. Tonight is an advanced screening, but the tickets were only available to those "in the know". Still planning to go on Friday.

MFW I actually make it to the page to get free tickets, but I am at school in Maine, and have no way of getting to closest theater which is Boston.

Ugh. Well, I'm gonna have to give up my RSVP. Wednesday night is a no-go for me. Hopefully this means someone else will be able to go in my spot.

im giving mine away as well doors open at 7p show is at 10pm and ive been to theres before you have to be there hours before doors open and the tix said show up early cuz tix say
**ARRIVE EARLY! RSVP does not guarantee admittance! Theater will only seat 342 people, and we will seat on a first come, first serve basis. Event is overbooked to ensure capacity. This RSVP is for 1 (One) admission only. Each person attending MUST have their own reservation. Paramount is not responsible for overbooking. No admittance once the event has begun. Paramount reserves the right to admit or refuse access to the event at the discretion of an authorized studio and/or event representative. No Purchase Necessary. SUPER 8 is rated PG-13.

so i live a hr a half away from orlando so if anyone wants my tix and can make it to the orlando one hit me up and ill send to you

Hmmmm. Don't really like the overbooking idea. If you get a ticket, it should guarantee a seat. When those are done, give out "Stand by" tickets and let people choose if they want to accept a standby ticket. That way the stand bys can choose if they want to wait and try to get in.

ive been to many of these screening and its common practice to over book for green hornet they had seats for 150 people and 432 people showed up and stood in line 4 hrs here in tampa the over book always to make sure its a full house and its not really fair i believe if doors open at 7 at the orlando one i would have to be there by 2 or 3 to make sure i got a seat and there is just no way i agree tho people with the tix should get seat
