I noticed that too. I think its www.happydayinn.com.
Its in Vancouver, which is where they film the show. I couldn't find any screen grabs from the episode but from what I can remember it looks like the hotel Linden moved to when she left the house boat.

I remember looking at the a/c units on the 2nd floor when Linden and Holder were sitting in the parking lot. They caught my attention for some strange reason, lol.

Look at the tree right behind the sign, now look at the tree blocking the sign in the OP, I think they line up. I'm pretty sure its the same place. I don't think this is a trailhead, I think its just a little bit of reality slipping into the show. But I could be wrong.
