So thats it? No explanation of the tones or the blue can lion on it...

I guess our alien friend's spacecraft has a square hole in it where the missing cube belongs, eh?
Unless these cubes can reproduce..

Yep, pretty odd, abrupt endgame. I think you said it best - Return of the Jedi ending where everyone smiles, waves, and all is well.

I now believe that the editing room footage was always meant to be to "star" of the ARG, with several ways to unlock clips. The movie news websites were involved and fans had the Super 8 App, and Development Room. The Josh storyline had a lot of historical and scientific research, but didn't end up playing out well.

Ah well, it was a fun ride. Astronaut Kelbit signing out.

 		The ARG had to do with Josh finally getting to know one parent, after losing another. Very similar to Joe's story in the movie. I don't see anything weak about this ARG anymore. The resolution worked for me.

 		Behind the tool shed
Didn't read the recent posts to this thread until this morning. Now I know why Jane sent me a message last night to say I might want to check behind the tool shed at the cemetery. There were some crazy storms moving through Weirton last night – so I told Jane I'd check this morning.

So what I saw there was some granite and marble slabs leaning against the wall, a little frog that jumped behind one of the slabs, and a roof shingle. To the left of the building there are a few concrete slabs poured (like a short sidewalk) and there is a small concrete container with a marble lid. I removed the lid and – sorry to say – it was empty. So if there was anything ARG related in it, someone else got to it first and I am WAY disappointed in myself for not getting there sooner.

I hope if someone did find something he/she is someone who knows about the ARG and lets us know what it is. Maybe it's where Josh found the bag of syringes and drugs. For all I know, this concrete container has been around for a while and is used for some funeral rite – this is a Catholic cemetery and I'm not familiar with any funeral custom that it might be used for – so if someone here knows what it is let us know.

Finally – one of the slabs was engraved with lines from Psalm 130. Could this be ARG related? Maybe words Alexander 'Mysterio' Kaslov thought might help Josh find peace after being told his father was dead. I really was hoping to find some kind of relic I could keep. But I sure didn't think this slab was something I should bring home with me to save as ARG swag. Razz

EDIT: After looking at the slab pic again - I wondered what on earth was hovering in the heavens about the guy's head. It reminds me of a spaceship on the right and the man in the moon face from RP on the left. (Probably just my hope for a connection taking my imagination for a ride.)

 		It feels really sad that the ARG is over. I'll have to leave the forum for another six days until I get to see the movie. It was an overly long game, but it still was a fun year with you guys. Smile
