Please remember that season 1 was a lot of entries with few answers. I'm not saying they will all tie in together but people seem to refer S1 as this thing we all figured out.


this poses the question of how much of that stuff is considered canon to them? is it going to be like lost where they just write in stuff to have it semi-fit in and just scrap some of the ideas they were going with in season 1?

He's freaked out by tapes of the operator, but we see in this entry that he's still recording himself constantly, so I don't think cameras in general freak him out. I have another theory about the two cameras. The camera J used to film the operator is out of battery, but the tapes are still in it/it's still valuable, right? So maybe the camera J/Alex is carrying in 29 is the dead camera, not there for recording but just to keep it safe. Maybe he's just protecting the tapes and didn't want to take them out for some reason, maybe he still wants the camera just in case, but the chest cam could be necessary to actually film.

And pravado, you can ask J on twitter. I don't think there's a more direct way.

I think Alex could be pissed for a lot of reasons, J being the biggest one. He's had more experience with the Operator, he seems used to it-- doesn't even seem scared when J says Slendy's nearby. Not picking up his phone seems normal for him-- I don't think he's ever picked up when J called, or at least not recently (correct me if I'm wrong). And we saw that TTA has his number because he recorded his voicemail, so god only knows what kinds of calls he could be getting.
I'm not saying Alex isn't malicious, just that there could be other explanations.


True. But in what danger is Amy then? She was the one that had to run away from Slendy in the first place.

the trees look different to me. did jay ever encounter that pipe that we see in entry 29 while walking around rosswood that one time he saw the guy listening to music? if so, that'd be a dead giveaway that the entry is from rosswood, although i think at this point it's the only woodsy area we're going to see this season due to jay singling out rosswood from his hotel

Here is why.

The 6 months. We've barely scratched the surface of the events of the past 6 months that Jay doesn't remember. We've seen what probably only amounts to a few weeks worth of activity. Either it's early in those 6 months, or late, and I tend to think it's early because so much new stuff is happening.

I think we're going to see what happens next in A hotel. Hear what Alex's deal really is and what he knows, what he truly discovered during the first entries.

The 6 months is very significant to me, because Jay has been running FROM there for 4 months and we've seen no hint of Alex in that time, and there has to be a reason that Jay doesn't remember ANYTHING about the 6 months, when he's clearly aware and in control of himself in the entries we have seen so far.

Though, thinking about it as I write this, Jessica being TTA is a compelling theory, especially given the drawings having long hair.

we know jay and alex are connected in some way in the hotel because alex's chest cam was on jay and his hard drive was in jays bag.

i think we'll find out who blasky is soon enough. jay has to eventually charge his camera and check the footage during that 7 months, making it abundantly clear to him that he has another stalker. i think we'll get some answers soon, and season 2 will end with everything piling up to the day before the hotel check-in and they will reveal a mindfuck that will make us have to rewatch season 2 again for clues (hopefully)

1. Alex seems pretty irritated. And it's odd hearing swearing in MH, no matter how mild. But at least Alex isn't saying "fuck" every few seconds like Noah does.

2. It probably is Hoody under that tree, and if so it crosses out Jay and Alex as suspects.

3. That "thing." Great description of the Operator.

4. Jay and Alex argue like an old couple.

5. I was wondering if Amy would ever be mentioned again. Looks like I got another Hoody suspect.

6. They're going to a hotel. Could we be near the end of the tapes?

 		just a few observations i wanted to throw out:

1. As said before, the primary action of this entry, in my opinion, is to show that Alex is not Blasky. Sure, he could have theoretically done what was done in 41, but why? Occam's razor on that one, really.

2. Chekhov's gun. They showed the guy (or girl, I'm looking at you Jess) pretty blatantly. Since they've followed this trope the whole series, I think its safe to say that UnderTheTree is important. Likewise, if the "hoodie" in the backseat was important, we would blatantly see it. This doesn't rule out Alex (which I personally don't believe, but cannot disprove at this point) as Hoody, but it can't prove him either.

Okay, now for my theories.

After rewatching 29, it really does seem very similar. Admittedly, I'm from a city, so any forest looks similar to me. The setting, and filming style, seem the same. Considering the Operator was in that park anyway, this is fully possible. This actually DOES support the Alex as blasky theory. That very well might be Jay's camera in his hand, explaining how he got the footage. Then again, since this was in the safe (correct me if I'm wrong), Alex would definitely have had to be in the hotel with Jay. Which means they both probably know Jessica, which means she is related to the story strongly. Its a lot, but it seems fairly logical (feel free to tear it to shreds if I'm wrong.

Finally, in regards to "He lies" from TTA. I'm sorry, but I think he was referring to Jay with this. Jay didn't seem too shaken up about the whole incident. I mean we all know he has the intelligence of a used condom, but even an earthworm knows when its in danger. After being on the run for months, Jay really should know better. Therefore, I think Jay is lying about something. Something big, which I think will be revealed before the end of the season. A lot of things don't mesh well with his story, and TTA has said multiple times that Jay can't be trusted. Jay seems too collected, and too focused with getting home and not helping Alex. Perhaps he has some secret business to take care of that he doesn't let Alex, or us, know about. I just think this aspect is an important one to watch out for in the near future.

Sorry for the wall of text. Rough work week, I needed to blow some steam off.

Wow thanks for number 6! "I know one close by" Maybe Alex is the reason Jay and Jessica are in that hotel. However I don't think we're at the end of the tapes yet.
