I donīt know if itīs important but i noticed something.

In Entry 41 it looks lake Hoody placed Jays camera on the passenger seat of Jays car.
In Entry 42 Alex looks at Jays car at 1:38. He should have seen the camera on the passenger seat as he looked trough the window on the driver's side.

- back to lurk mode -

I think he was looking for Jay, so he wouldn't think to notice the camera. *shrugs* He'd just see that Jay wasn't there and go look for him without a second thought of what's in his car.

Hmmm... youīre right. Alex was probably way too worried about Jay to notice the camera inside the car.

Worried? At what point does he actually seems to care about Jay's well being? I just see him pissed of and in a hurry tbh Razz

I hate when people ignore my posts :/ If my theory is true (and I really think it is) Then Jay is probably next on Slendy's hit list. Although he's more focused and pissed about Amy, he still worries about Jay or he would have just left him when He said he wanted to leave for the day.

Or he just needs Jay to do something for him, why else would he wanted to meet with him?

BTW your theory is a bit to specific imo, we don't know if the dog (which was only mentioned once) or Brian are gone + we don't know if this is Alex's hometown + so far TTA has never spoken in the plural form but always in singular. If TTA was a cult, why don't they ask Jay to lead "us" to the ark?

Oh crap, looks like TTA has spoken in plural before. /facepalm

"We will wait for you no more. Control is being taken away from you. From a start, this has been a game for us. Not anymore. I'm coming for you, and you will lead me to the ark."

But then again it's debatable who the "us" is

I was watching for periphery movement during my initial viewing and saw nothing. I watched it again, and still there's nothing there. The screencap you've got here and circled, all it shows is his driver-side side mirror. There's a lot of glare and blurring due to the brightness of the day and the blur on the chest cam, but otherwise...yeah, no.

Also, the side mirror does show some movement of light/dark, but I believe that's tree movement from the wind. The tree that is more clearly in view (through the windshield) doesn't appear to move much, but it moves a little bit, so there was some wind present. If anyone walked by Alex's car while he was fiddling with the camera, I think we would have seen it more clearly due to the angle of the cam. Sorry about this one, but I think the eye was playing tricks on you.

First sighting of ToTheBark/Blasky is after Alex gets out of the car. I think its safe to say that he was sitting there when Alex drove up.

Oh thank God. The site is finally back up. I was having serious withdrawal there.

Now to read 18 pages of theories.

I know, right? I thought, "Of COURSE the forum goes under construction as soon as a new entry is posted!" Took me ages to wade through the theories.

I haven't read through everything yet, just wanted to mention I like the idea that the figure by the tree is Hoody.

OOG Spoiler
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I remember something about a post saying the actor portraying Hoody was supposed to be Alex's actor but ended up being Tim's.

I also like the idea that Hoody waited for Alex to go straight for Jay, went to Alex's car (remember Jay was like "WTF, WHY NO LOCK?") and planted his hoody to implicate Alex.

The hotel..

I have a feeling that the blood in the walkway isn't Amy's (sorry fellas) but is actually Alex's, like originally speculated. I think Jay watches the video with Alex and finds the hoody, leading Jay to serious trust issues with Alex.. as for what happens there, I can only speculate until the next entry. Throwing it out there but what if Jessica's story about being kicked out was legitimate and she happened in upon a scene she shouldn't have?
Either overhearing the two of them or something more..

...anyone else think it's strange that Hoody managed to get to Jay's car and clear out long before Jay arrived and found the camera?

Entry 41 clearly shows Hoody walking at a leisurely pace, and staring at the scenery for extended periods of time, but now we see that Jay ran the entire way back to his car...

In other words, Jay has a head start, Jay moved faster, and Hoody deliberately went slowly, yet nevertheless Hoody beat Jay back to his car by a long shot, and Hoody doesn't seem to be able to teleport, thanks to Entry 41... more physics violations, maybe?

maybe Time travel is at play here?

Yeah, I know that is a bit EMH style. But it would explain a bit.

Why have Sadski deliberately slow in this situation? He looks at the stream, the stream of time, and seemingly makes it back to the car before Alex arrives, and Alex seems to be listening to messages from Jay in more or less real time.

Perhaps what we see as "mind wiping" is actually time traveling Consciousness, bringing a past Jay to the present in mindset.

I dunno, I like a nice Time Traveling element... but who knows, the camera itself being near Slenderman in the woods may have been transported back in time a bit to before Jay arrived, and Sadski was just waiting for Jay to get there.

Wooo, the plot thickens.

Ok, just want to go on record as having said: the slightly beige block of color in the back of Alex's car is hardly a basis for formulating that he's being implicated by the person who is "hoody". I read that theory on here somewhere, and I think it's ridiculous. Sorry I'm not quoting, but I've just made it through the 18 pages.

Secondly, we've always known Alex to be a bit of a dick. There's hasn't ever been a part in the MH tapes were I went "Awwwe! That was a nice thing for Alex to say/do." He's always kinda crusty, more so when the slender one is around and lurking He probably wanted to see what Jay had captured on the camera, and hence why he seemed a little pissed off.

And personally, if I had been Amy and I realized my boyfriend was being hunted by this lumbering, ghostly presence, I would have disappeared too, know what I mean?

We saw that It MAY have been hoodie sitting by the tree in the begining of the video right? Well, What if HE ALREADY HAD JAY'S CAMERA? I know he "technically" hadn't dropped it yet, but with teleportation/time travel, Hoodie could have gotten it and taken it to Jay's car. It SORTA makes sense. Jay was frikkin running, and from what we could see from the last entry, Hoodie was WALKING. Taking his time. Time travel, makes sense.

Any thoughts guys?

Or! Or!... and just hear me out on this...

Maybe Hoody... is familiar with the area, and didn't get lost/sit down and talk to a friend for a few minutes while he was on his way out.

What I'm saying is that there's not really anything to substantiate that theory other than the fact that Hoody made it there pretty quickly. What we can say for sure is that Hoody placed the camera in Jay's car mere moments before Alex got there, and had made it through the woods before Jay managed to find his way out.

Teleportation? So far, I think we should keep the supernatural to the supernatural. Only Slendy has been associated with teleportation and in my opinion even that theory is pretty thin.

Don't forget, though, there was that one entry where Jay left his room and did not show up on ANY of the cameras he'd set up around his house for a few hours. Just a thought.

Other than that, though, I agree with you. Jay said he wasn't familiar with the area, and he actually straight up said he got lost. Not to mention he was obviously panicked. He probably took way longer than was necessary to get back to the car, simply because he didn't know the way.

Actually, in Troy's Blog Post named "OOG", Troy says that he has revealed nothing that could uncover who this person might be. You can read the post here: http://jtroyw.blogspot.com/2011/05/oog.html

Good call. I had forgotten about Jay disappearing when he left his room. Well then this theory has a bit more validity, but I'm still leaning on the "Hoody knows his way around" theory.

The talk with Alex happened after Hoody returned the camera. Since Hoody planted the camera before Alex was even there, the main thing I see as an indicator Hoody can move fast/teleport is how sure he is he will be at the car before Jay.
