because the entry 42 thread is moving at such a blistering pace, i'll re-say something i said here.

now that we know the chestcam initially belonged to alex, couldn't entry 29 actually be alex? i know the person filming also had a camera in hand (which looked like jay's), and the entry was found on the hard drive of jay's computer and not an external hard drive like the footage the chestcam produces, but it's certainly a possibility, yes?

I actually wanted to raise something here because it has more to do with the entire season as a whole than Entry 42, but Entry 42 really got me thinking about this.

So we've got indications that we're getting close to looping back to where Season 2 started, but for me there's a blistering question that I cannot avoid.

Where. Is. Alex.

If Alex and Jay are heading to a local hotel nearby Rosswood Park it could easily be the hotel Jay finds himself at the beginning of the season. But then where (oh crap I almost wrote "wear") is Alex?

This has probably been addressed a lot (I really really don't have time to read through 30 pages of posts right now though I promise I will sometime soon), but I'm of the camp that the blood in the tunnel is Alex's and that something horrible is going to happen to Alex in the next few entries.

The recap portion of Season 2 has been heavily invested in Alex and Jay's relationship with Alex. Even the TTA videos of this season have been heavily focused on Alex. That says to me that something is going to happen to Alex or Jay's relationship with Alex by the end of this season. I think Entry 29 was the foreshadowing for exactly what.

Sorry if this is off-topic, but I thought this is where this should go. I know I'm probably repeating a bunch of people, but I think Alex is screwed.

Just a few oddities I noticed after rewatching Entries #30, #31, and #32.

1. In Entry #30, Jay hears strange noises coming from Jessica's room. It wakes him up, but why is he sleeping in his jeans?

2. It has been noted that Jay's camera deals with audio distortion when in contact with Jessica, which is commonly seen in arguments that support the theory that she is TTA/the figure in Entry #41. However, in Entry #31, there is no audio distortion whatsoever, rather than every other time they have been in contact with each other.

Can someone help me out here? Or am I as clueless as the rest of us?

@Yuki: yeah, and that WOULD make sense, but this is MH..

In Entry #30 the distortion starts acting up, which was the first time they met. Then, in Entry #31, there is none whatsoever. In Entry #32 however, it's worse than ever..

I'm really interested to see how they explain this phenomena, because so far it makes absolutely no sense. Unless she has some sort of ON/OFF switch.

@12th: makes a ton of sense, nice observation.

So, this might be a stupid/obvious post, but I want to see if I'm on the same page as others on here. After the last few TTA-centered entries, I'm thinking that TTA (currently) is obviously not Tim, as many of us had previously thought. However, Tim was associated with TTA at some time, especially considering Entry ###### and Warning. If the two were working together, it would explain TTA's use of the words "we" and "us" in some of the videos. However, lately there has only been "I" and "me", so perhaps Tim and TTA had some sort of falling out.

not sure about any marathon thing..

i feel like whatever totheark wants, it's something jay has the power to find and not him. there's no other explanation as to why he would follow jay from his house miles away all the way to near rosswood.

this "ark" that he wants to find has to be a container of some sort. otherwise his name wouldn't be "totheark" (ark = container). im guessing it's a tape or a location that he can't get to without jay.

i want to believe that TTA is the one who set jays apartment on fire, along with planting whatever gas was in brians house that mad jay have a coughing fit. doesn't seem like something slender related to me.

one thing that bothers me is the fact that alex knew what hotel jay was staying at when he sent him the package in 26, and had driven there himself to drop it off (he sent jay a message with 41810, no way could he predict ups's timing). how did he figure that out? he says he looked jay up or something, but you can't have a hotel listed as an address, esp not one you just checked into

i'd also like to mention this: remember when jay finds a bullet casing in brians house, and the sink full of blood? isn't it possible that brian killed himself over the sink and someone came and disposed of the body and cleaned up the sink?
