Metallica - Master of Puppets.
The song was mentioned in another thread, but not in the music thread. It fits well with any ARG, especially one with conflict.
(Unless it's already been used for another ARG.)

I just heard a song that reminded me of the sleeping princess.
found it on this site http://scenestars.net/2004/09/delgados-come-down.php
It's called come undone by the delgados. (nope I never heard of them either. just found the site searching for a way to hear the new u2 single without giving apple money .

Damn! That live-calls one is nifty! Make it longer! The ending is just so... cliffhanger-ish! Could end up really cool, in my opinion. I look forwards to the finished product.
BTW - Who is that singing in the start of it?
EDIT: Also, can anyone suggest a good music-mixing program? I havn't had much luck finding one on my own.

The singer ... well, I'll let her answer for herself.
In regards to the brevity of the song, it is due to the simple fact that this is only the introduction. I'm hitting up the recording studio tomorrow, and I'll be bringing the rest of the song to you sometime in the next two or three weeks.
Thanks for the compliments.

Oh man, these are GREAT! *runs off to download some of the mentioned songs*
.. err, not that I'd do anything illegal like that, of course. Oh, and every time someone mentions Master of Puppets, I grin helplessly.. then play the video I have of the S&M Version of that Live. Wicked stuff...

Hopefully, that answered your question.
Aside from this insufferable preposition puzzle, it's been a productive weekend for me. I finished up the introduction, adding a couple layers of guitars and fooling around with the synths some more. Tonight, I started working on the main body of the song, and it's coming along decently. I don't quite like the sounds I'm getting yet, so I won't post that. However, there is a new update on my page. You can hit one of the many links I've posted to find it.

This is an almost completely useless post, but you guys have really good taste in music!
I will be so bold as to venture a few of my own ideas.
Voltaire- Feathery Wings (Melissa)
Auf Der Maur- Overpower thee (Durga)

Not that related to ILB, but kinda related in the sense of the Halo2 Soundtrack: Blow Me Away by Breaking Benjamin. Decent song, but I don't really see it fitting in anywhere with the first Halo's soundtrack, or what I've heard of it.

If you can't figure out where to click on that page, you're blind. I'm not trying to be mean, it's just true. =P
