It's really blatant though (once you see it). The shots distinctly show Alex's wrist with and without the watch. Who's going to be the first to create a watch-related meme? Laughing

There was question early on to what he was doing with his hands. Some said Alex was waving to TTBlasky under the tree. Perhaps he was fiddling with putting his watch on. He was clearly not recording himself 24/7 any more. That said, @Chest Cam Avenger and I were talking about this privately. (Yes I know him IRL. In fact, he is the reason I got into MH in the first place. He's smarter than he lets on, though you never know...) I went back and looked at all the tapes, looking for the bracelet and this is the first time he's ever worn it. While doing that it came to me. He seems to only wear a watch once he starts filming himself 24/7 so that he knows when to change the tapes. The alarm is almost always coming from his watch. Since he showed up as Chest Cam Avenger I (Watchmen!) in 42, he put on the camera and then put on the watch because he knew there was potential for danger and he would need to record all of this. Maybe the watch is too painful a reminder of his original investigation so he stops wearing it? I don't know.

I don't think it's a rubber bracelet. At first I thought it was a teal beaded one, but now it looks almost woven. This is the best image I could capture of it.

That's a smashing screen grab. His bracelet doesn't look unlike those survival bracelets made from parachute cord. It could be multiple things though, possibly even a medical bracelet (saw someone wearing one today and it too was woven like this one), but if it's the first time we've seen it, I doubt it would be for a medical condition, unless it's recently developed. Hmm..
