 		Has anyone tried messenging Jay and asking if he would/is hiding things from us? Who knows, maybe we'll get a response.

The way Jay's character is presented he wouldn't actively be hiding information from us. The thing to consider is that Jay is a fallable narrator and so for example, assertions about the tapes he's viewing should be taken with a grain of salt. In fact there have been several times when Jay has mentioned he mistrusts his memory somewhat.

Though so far I haven't seen a point when Jay innocently mislead us. Correct me if I'm wrong.

He has actively hidden information from us in the past. He neglected to tell us for a while that he began to film himself, just as Alex did.

If that is the only instance then I feel it is a bit nit-picky. Until Masky showed up in the tapes there nothing on them and as such little reason to mention the tapes. TTA's Messages response is mostly goading Jay into watching Masky's nocturnal vigil which Jay then shares with us.

But I agree that it's another example of Jay not being completely reliable; I don't think we have to worry about important things being left out, but we have to consider what Jay might consider unimportant.

I tried to find out from him how long the unedited entry 41 was to figure about a timeline of events. No response =(

I just figured that was because of youtube. If you use the share button as opposed to the url, it gives you a link starting with youtu.be and then random letters.

Not always. If you've come from certain places to the video, it's sometimes hard to determine what's part of the video. Clicking "share" on a YouTube video will bring up that kind of link.

 		Hum, guys, this debate is funny...

The "youtu.be" url, is just the usual "youtube.com/watch=" url, but shorter. It was made for new web 2.0 services like Twitter, where your letter number is limited.

Don't try to look for a link between what kind of links (usual or short) Jay choosed to post his videos Laughing

 		Yeah that's really unimportant, more than likely.
Since twitter automatically shortens links to youtube (I think. It used to, but I haven't used twitter in a while) I don't really think that Jay has been taken over.

I mean, maybe he has, but that isn't the way to tell us.

 		Yeah, Twitter uses the youtu.be URL-shortening service automatically now when you paste a YouTube URL into it. It's most likely not even intentional.
