im going to feel silly for asking this, i may even be trouted, but the blinking LED, could it be in binary? something like that? *i didn't see any posts like that yet, except shinjis morse code post* i think it would be worth checking for, but really it seems to be a waiting game for now. *leaves to check the mail*

Hi there. I'm a noob and decided to try ARG's after reading about them in the book Little Brother (good book, recommend it highly) I got my little icefly helicopter today. My grandma almost threw it away because she thought it was a bomb. apparently it had started flashing inside the bag lol. anyways, I just wanted to say hi and can't wait to see what happens on June 30th!

no way Very Happy thats how i started joining in these args~ you are so lucky with your icefly, make sure to allow emails and phone, maximize your chances to be involved okay? *okay weird moment over, see ya *

Well, I guess that confirms that the QR codes all lead to the same place. So far, I haven't seen anything to designate two sides to the game "YET".

Also, 12 days to go. Which would put it at 14:00 CDT June 30th.

I just tried a quick search in regards to that day. The only think I'm really seeing is that it's QEII, or Quarter End 2nd, in business speak I think...

Ya but my only concern is that the QR scanner app that I used only deciphers text. It doesn't give pictures or audio or video, it just gives raw text from the code. Might be missing something perhaps.

Not that you mention it, there is a bit of a pattern... Anyone have the audio file from it by chance?

Klind Mine was silver and I left my helicopter on all night. It's still working like a charm.
Omnomnom gum Very Happy I doubt it. It's just a simple on and off with no hesitation. If it's binary or Morse, it's well hidden.
SpartanI013 I've narrowed it down to being something containing http://www.missionicefly.com/. I was talking to my mom about it and she said it could be an add on at the end, perhaps http://www.missionicefly.com/testsubjects. I have yet to try that one but it could work.

That's a negative. I also search the site for any other addresses linked but found nothing.

I meant for the QR code. It could still work in theory, if they just haven't put that section of the site up yet?
My dad's letting me download a QR scanner to his phone so I'll scan it later and tell you guys what comes up.

god I wish my droid had service T_T

I'll drop it into PS to tinker around with it. It seems like theres duplicates at .22KHs repeating to maybe .88KHs. That's why I was hoping to actual Audio data, bit I'll see what I can do...

Considering that this is based on a 5 senses thing I think we should take into mind of how the package smells, any different textures, etc. Since on the 5Gum Cochella site the only door not open is taste.
Now that I think about it, the card that says we are creatures of senses does have a distinct smell to it... course that would be an odd thing to use as a lead.

It smells like shitty department store. =P I also tried the good ole "scratch 'n sniff" approach on the hornet pattern and the QR code. No go. Then I pulled a Doctor Who and licked the QR code. No go...and I immediately regret doing it. Lolz. Sadly, I don't think the five senses have anything to do with the helicopter.

Oh and in case you didn't guess from my last post, I received my package today and am proud to say I'm on "Team" Chrome! =)

Just a thought, has anyone tried looking at the back of the message page (the white side) with their LED light? Or under a black light? Maybe there's a message written in special ink on that side. Probly not, but worth a shot.
