i feel like he's trying to tell us that the operator sees whatever jay and alex are seeing. both the doll and the picture have hints about the operator controlling one "eye" of the object.

I love this TTA entry.

First, it's kind of funny that on the two year anniversary, we hear from TTA rather than Jay. The title, "Memories", feels as if they're saying "ah, look at what all we've been through". I love that it's shot at the same place as the first entry as well. It gives off the idea that whoever TTA is, they've been with us since the very start. The sound was horrific, very chilling. The message is what I enjoy the most though, because in a sense... it's true. Neither Jay nor Alex have truly accomplished anything in this series, and as a result neither has the audience. They haven't made any progress in truly understanding what is happening to them, and there aren't any hints of being able to return to a normal life. It really drives home the idea that things are hopeless when dealing with Slenderman (or in this case, The Operator). Not only have they lost two years' time, but they've lost their friends, their homes, their dreams (Alex never got to make his movie), and their sanity among other things. The past two years have been absolutely miserable for our heroes.

Those eyes... I wonder if they're supposed to be the eyes of the new Mask/TTA? It's interesting how they appear in front of the bench. Does that mean TTA was there the night Alex found The Operator on his porch?

I also didn't catch the face's resemblance to Skully, that is very interesting. I always felt like Skully was going to be a red herring and never truly lead us anywhere... but now I'm not so sure. The face in the video was so odd and peculiar that it must have been there with some sort of intent.
