[OT] New Halo 2 Theatrical Trailer (SPOILERS!) It's low quality, and contains spoilers. Shaky-cam, too.

NOTE: PER NOTES BELOW, THIS IS HOSTED AT SITE THAT IS NOT WORK-SAFE. YOU MAY BE OFFENDED TOO. ICK. (Wait for the real thing.) -- AD

You probably should put a spoiler tag on this too just incase others may not want to see some of the footage.

You're right about the low quality bit (/me squints) but hey, a new trailer is a new trailer

Anyone know fully what they say at the end?
"....said this day would never come, well today..."

The consensus and bungie.net seems to be
There were those who said this day would neve come.
What are they to say now?

I wanna go ahead and offer fair warning to anyone curious enough to try and figure out who is hosting that link.
IT IS NOT WORK SAFE
I was at home, but none the less it was quite offensive.
Does anyone no the origin of this video? Where was this screened?

WRT the voice at the end of the clip, I believe it's saying:
"There are those who said this day would never come. What are they to say now?"
The voice sounds really, really familiar, too. Not in a HALO sense, but in an "I've heard that actor in another game" sense.

David Warner David Warner could be the voice in the trailer, at least that's my opinion. David Warner played chancelor Gorkon in Star Trek VI: The Undiscoved Country. You can google an image of him to jog your memory or go to this link:

Perhaps a real live photo would help you more:

Now that my nerd factor has been raised to a +6, I think I'll be quiet.
[edit] Well I found some more voice work he's done. He played Ra's Al Ghul in the Batman Animated Series and in Batman Beyond, he played Herbert Landon in Spider-man (which aired on Fox Saturday mornings) as well as Jor-El in Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. Now I'll be quiet again.[/edit]

David Warner was a tad more fun in Titanic, Quest of the Delta Knights or Tron....

I'm almost positive the voice is that of John Hurt who was in Hell boy.
Here is a link to the hell boy trailer for comparison

New.... Trailer...
I think the voice of John Hurt is similar-ish in that trailer. Not too sure about that though.
I would add a spoiler tag as well, some images got me thinking. Could that cannon thing have something to do with the potential glassing of an area on the planet? What about the devestated city? Something that will happen in the story regardless of the MCs actions or could happen if you fail(like if you don't get through the race part in time in The Maw)?? Meh, speculation makes my head hurt. I'm like a smart AI, I think myself to death.
