So this is my first post here on the forums, not so long time lurker but I'e got a theory that could link TTA and Amy, and it's not so far fetched, so please before you sent the operator to kill me read the theory:

I remember that in the TTA video indicator someone translated the binary numbers to the words "He lies"

and up until now I wondered that by that TTA tried to say that something laid somewhere as in it was there rather than the tipical thing that meant somebody was telling lies, but then after video 42 and alex mentioning Amy I went to see entry 26 again and around 3:26 Alex is actually lying about not having a camera, so he lies could mean that at least that time he lied and is not to be trusted.

again we don't know what happened to Amy after that video, but I think that the date the video shows for entry 26 is way after TTA appeared in the MH timeline so I think that disregards my theory but maybe there's something I did not considered about that link between the "he lies" and the little lie in entry 26

Ok.

So, the newest TTA video (Memories) makes me want to think that TTA is, in fact, Alex.

I'm just gonna go list some things that remind me of this.

~It looks as though the recent TTA videos were filmed at Alex's house. Memories definitely was, since we see the porch swing/bench thing from Entry #1

~the description of enttry #37 was "memories". It showed Alex's birthday as a little kid, also the Operator symbol appearing over his face. Now, on another "birthday", the video "Memories" is posted, featuring a drawn pic of a face upon which an Operator symbol appears. Weird coincidental parallels, no?

~TTA seems to be getting increasingly pissed at Jay, which reminds me of Alex's behaviour from the tapes Jay's been looking through. Alex seems to be really impatient and miffed at Jay.

~Alex should definitely be one to feel that "so much more than time has been taken". His girl is apparently gone.

~Since a lot of people are assuming Hoody = TTA, maaaaybe the tan/yellow garment in the back of Alex's car isn't a red herring after all?

~The tape from Entry #26 reminded me of TTA with the "HELP" scrawled in the video.

That's all I'm thinking of right now.
How does this sound?

I have a theory, not sure if it's been brought up before.

If we follow the theory that the Operator is capable of controlling people, is it possible that Tim may have resisted this control for a while and tried to help Jay covertly? Jay also seems to be under a similar control...

From Regards to Admission, the videos are very cryptic but mostly helpful. They all seem to be warnings or hints of some kind, along with confirmations of the fact that he has been following Jay for a while. He tells him to go to the tower, back to the house, all of these trips yield important discoveries.

Though he seems to be acting for the Operator, he leaves footage showing Jay that he is ALSO under the Operator's control. Look at Return, where he seems to be controlled by the Operator, the hints to check his footage in Messages.

However, we get a definite shift in tone in Warning video. There is no computerized text of anything just really, really creepy footage and handwritten text.

These are threats, taunts, totally out of character for totheark.

So, what if during the events of 23, the Operator got control back from Tim? Took him over completely turning him into some sort of animal? It's clear that serious shit happened in entry 23...what if the Operator's direct presence was influencing events, time, and space?

Entry ##### is another threat from newly reformed Tim. We are assuming control. No more silliness. The Operator forces Tim off of the totheark account, or Tim is taken out of commission.

As to who totheark is now, I have no idea. But Masky/Tim was definitely totheark for a while.

All this speculation is making me wonder. How will they ever reveal who TTA is? It's not like they can take of a mask or anything. I bet that if the big reveal is finally there people will still speculate on who the 'real' TTA is Razz

I'm definitely in the Brian camp.

Jay was sent to Brian's house to look for Alex.

TTA had video of Jay's coughing fit inside of Brian's House.

Tim later showed up there himself.

It was a perfect set up, let's not forget Tim and Brian were friends before MH.

Masky/Tim scared him away
Alex and Timasky are enemies, as shown in Entry #35
