new here, so don't hate on me, but i saw something while watching Memories again. 13 seconds in, "you've done nothing" shows up. but if you look at the positioning of the words, there's a small code thing. it looks like 8YAY to me, and just thought it'd be something to pick up on.

Not sure if someones already said it, but the images might link in with the 54321 description, being taken from the 1st to 5th entries perhaps?

I think most of the images, at least to start, are call back to some of the earliest operator sightings. Entry 1, obviously, the concrete bathhouse structure (concrete close-ups), Alex's nighttime run from the Operator (in #4 and later in 10).

Also, What the hell is going on at 0:02 to 0:03 and 0:19 (solid vertical line, and SOMETHING smallish to the lower right of that pole (but still left of center of the frame). I'm not sure playing with the levels is going to work, there's just too much black.

Last note: There were six members of the MH crew: Alex, Jay, Brian, Sarah, Seth, Tim. If you don't count Tim/Masky (since he seems in league with the Operator), that might suggest that after the 7 month break, Jay might be the last surviving member of the crew. Bit of a stretch though.

i imagine the TTA entries take them way longer to create, and at this point i could do without them. all season they've just been creepy with no real hints as to anything.

he acts as if he wants jay to go back to alex/brians house, but when jay went all he did was gas him and film him from behind like a creep

Very loose connection, but someone else mentioned the timing between Jay's posts and TTA's responses. When saying more than time was taken, it could (again, very loosely) connect to Jay saying he never should have taken the tapes. Because he took them he lost not only time, but hope, life, and sanity to a point.
Not really sure how it could be significant, but I decided it could be open to interpretation.

While it may seem like a countdown, what if it's something a little more?
"So much more then time has been taken".
Perhaps it's just a reference to everyone who's "gone".

Assuming that TTA is someone involved with the Marble Hornets crew originally you can remove someone from the list below, that Jay and Tim aren't being counted as taken and the fact that Alex's current location is unknown.

That leaves..
Alex, Brian, Jessica, Seth, Amy, and that other random girl I forget (Sarah?).

Finally caught up after work.

After reading everyone's theories/ideas, I'll finally put in my own thoughts.

While watching the video, I thought it was really... bold of TTA. This is probably the clearest message TTA has ever done. He literally says Jay (at least, that's who he is assumed to be talking to) has done nothing with all the information he's learned throughout these two years. TTA is definitely impatient. They seem to either blame Jay because he isn't helping TTA or TTA is trying to help Jay and he's clueless.

Also, Mr_Magpie's post gave me an idea, branching off what he said. My opinion at the moments is that Masky is NOT TTA. Maybe TTA is frustrated because they keep trying to show Jay things and Masky keeps popping up and scaring Jay off.

I think the TTA videos have more significance than that to just dismiss them out of hand. I mean, look at it this way: Jay really hasn't learned very much. Imagine you never heard of the whole Slenderman meme: what has Jay actually learned?

Not very damn much, that's for sure.
