 		Yes, it's from Herzog's Bad Lieutenant (it's actually the... uh, semi-sequel, I think, to an Abel Ferrara film, just in case), but really, if you go to youtube and check out "Nicholas Cage scene", then you pretty much stumble into a goldmine!! Whatever this guy does, it's pure gold!!
