Haha I saw that too, on the LAGP Twitter account, people are really worried for their safety lmfao

and I agree, we are being beaten with a clue stick. the fact that we now know the password is 17characters, makes me think the password is actually the audio files put into the correct order? And remember, theoccultist is a sneaky devil, he tends to write backwards so the password could possibly be backwards as well. Or the Username for that matter.

EDIT: Just another instance where I may be asking stupid questions but on Lukas' latest comment on Carols blog, he left his email address. Normally the "@" symbol comes out as "SPLAT" but this time, his email came out as:

EDIT: Struck the comment above. I failed to acknowledge that there were 17 audio files, which meant 34 characters. My bad Sad


EDIT2,000: This is my theory. Remember its a work in progress. I believe the audio files are there for an easy way for us to get a correct order for them. The images were picked so that we could attach each image to a specific audio file, using keywords from the audio to draw a relation between them and the pics. We know there was one extra pic, and now we know the extra pic is "QH" (Dante's pic). This left 17 pictures, most of which having obvious (or not so obvious) letters/numbers added to them.

If we were to somehow come up with a single number or letter for each of the pics (excluding QH), then that would give us exactly 17 characters and thus, the Password!

Hold the applause for after the show!

But is this "SYMBOL" normal?

Also, I'm working on another theory added to my theory posted just now. Lets assume the pics without anything added to them arent meant to be part of the password. In order, this would mean the characters given were:

This is exactly 17 characters. We are also assuming we have the audio in the right order, and in turn, the pictures. If one audio is in the wrong place, our whole house of cards crumbles. I believe when PW page says "characters", the "==" from the UH pic could possibly be part of the password.

The H is an obvious one from the "W6" eavesdropping pic. The "Y - Gods of Evil" is referring to the "26" pic which contains the "Y - Dei Malefici". I believe this translation means that the "26" pic can be attached to the audio file "6T" - "but the shadows grew stronger and stronger, becoming like evil gods themselves"?
(Catherwood, looks like you were right, right from the start! Embarassed )

So now the ones that need to change in our list are:

PIC: OY - Pic of Suicide Bridge, people are drawn to this place by shadows to commit suicide, almost like a magnet powered by evil. Also the bridge itself is large, relating to the word "great magnet".

AUDIO: HP – "he opened the gates (weird scraping noise)to hell, speaking directly to the gods of the underworld"
PIC: I6 - Pic of the actual "Devils Gate". believed to be one of the gates to hell.
ADDED: "K" (symbols put together)

AUDIO: 4M – "but the spell was a terrible catastrophe"
PIC: KX - Pic of a giant fire, otherwise known as a "terrible catastrophe".
ADDED: (Nothing found so far)

AUDIO: S3 – "and from Ammit's own belly the shadows were loosed to swarm the earth"
PIC: EN - Titled "Calling Shapes and Beckoning Shadows Dire"

PIC: 26 - Going off Hint from Lukas Email: "Dei Malefici" is Latin for"Evil Gods"

*- I Bolded the two lines that were swapped in light of new info.

**Sidenote: Regarding the added part to the UH pic, I tried this out in Base64, and just the letter "O" causes the "8" and adding the "A==" after it doesnt change it.. I'm not great at this type of decoding, so is OA== really 8?


Something about the order of the audio files we have is bugging me though.. it just seems like the line "Thus standing on an altar made of stone".. the word "Thus" just seems out of place and doesn't sit right when reading it.. anyone else notice this?

EDIT: Argh just noticed that he said EACH PICTURE has a letter.. could this also mean the ones that appear to have no letters (moscow burning/suicide bridge)? The portrait of Dante most likely doesnt have anything in it due to the fact that its the leftover..

Also, Could the "___ of many" possibly be "Sea of Many"? which would in turn be the actual letter C? *

*now that Im really looking at it, I think Random could be right with the "one of many" or it could even be "First of many" perhaps..

There are several ambiguities. I think we've settled on the "5 dashes" in WB to actually be Morse code (..---) for '2', which we must then turn into a B. The first ? is the bridge image OY (which *might* have a J in the sky, or it's merely a compression gradient artifact), and the other ? is image KX which several people have tried in vain to find an alteration. I would just brute-force all 26 possible letters to fill in one of the blanks, but this just isn't a good way to solve a puzzle.

So, on top of not having all of the letters, we're not absolutely positive about the order of the audio (of which I'm 99% certain but open to failure), and we then have other issues. Is the string to be entered as uppercase or lowercase? Flowing forwards or in reverse? And what of the "Who" for the username? We could assume it is Dante (or 'etnad' or 'dante' or DANTE), or his full name "Dante Alighieri" (with or without a space?), but it could also be our friend Tsitluccoeht (or 'tsitluccoeht') or even renommusdnargeht from the previous portal. Now the number of combinations to brute-try has gotten out of hand. I was assuming the previous portal access was a good guideline ( renommusdnargeht / acheron ) but i wouldn't be surprised if they switch it up just to be, you know, EVIL.

I really don't think we should be getting hints from Lukas, but we may have no choice.

 		There is a backwards B in the Suicide Bridge picture. Jack up the contrast, jack down the brightness. It's in the top right.

Argh I'm still not seeing it!! lol Can anyone else see it? What part of the bridge is it on? I know you said top right, but more specifically.. a vertical beam? underside?

Wow, awesome find! In the WB pic, now that I'm looking so closely at that area, is it me or is that an "S" on the center of the belt?

Scratch that, looking at the original painting "Archangel Michael defeating Satan" by Guido Reni, the S is there and it appears the 3 in the bellybutton is in the original as well..

 		In the disaster picture, there are three dots in the center. They translate from morse into S. That should be all of them.

If you mean the three dots in the sky in between two buildings, I just had to check but it appears they were there in the original painting as well.. although in the new pic they seem to be more visible (and a third added? I could be crazy) but the original had two dots clearly in the same spot =(

Keep 'em comin though, its good to have fresh eyes on these!!

Sorry, I feel blind after you posted that image but I still can't see it, lol.
As for the dots in the fire image, I actually see them in the original painting. The contrast is already boosted on some these pics, and sometimes I see patterns that probably weren't intended.

Actually would you mind checking the B isn't in an original picture of the bridge to make sure it's not just a sort of side effect?
Not that I don't appreciate the good work you're putting into this, but I don't want to get ahead of ourselves.

 		The original picture you linked me for the disaster does not have those three dots where I see them, with the contrast jacked up. I'm sure they've been added. I checked the bridge too, the B isn't there on the original.


The only one I'm not sure on is archangel Michael.

For some reason Photobucket/Flikr arent letting me upload edited photos clearly (I suck at this sorta stuff). But you can see the dots in the original, although there seems to be only 2.. maybe 3 if I play with it some more..

Edit: No the B you found in the Suicide Bridge pic is real, it was a great find.

Found it!: Invert the KX Pic, lower the brightness down and raise the contrast. In the smoke on the right side you can see an Enochian "F"
