Within Hubris is the forum for the haunted majora's mask cartridge. I've mentioned this there with a time line that quoted some pieces, so It's more likely that they aren't related other than the discussion thread for it =) It seems that characters lurk in the shoutbox page, and they are releasing pictures and such with coding, and there are youtube videos that have sprung up as well.
