Somebody leaked my info to Sandra McQueen and she wants a statment. Not sure which way I should go here. It's obvious Section 9 can read my e-mails, so anything I tell her will likely get me fired. On the other hand, I suppose they might forget all about it and rehire me at the next reset. Any advice would be appreciated.

I doubt that being a member of ColeFusion's staff is vital to taking part in the ARG. I'd go for it, take your chance to influence the story!

Besides, you never know how SQ will spin it. Maybe you'll be portrayed as a loony for all this talk of mind wiping. Maybe you'll cause the next shift. Ooooh excitement! Very Happy

Reckon the crux of the matter is whether you want to return to ColeFusion. imo there's precious little to do if not employed there. Wonder where the leak came from?

Yeah, given that we don't know what disappears during the shift, it may just be that they'll only remember you're on leave, and you're just out of the CF pool for this time around on the countdown.

That's probably the best thing to go with -- it's quite possible that the investigation will keep you with CF for now, but talking to Sandra would definitely not be a good career move if you wanted to stay with CF. Very Happy

Regardless, this could open you up to a few different parties contacting you, which is awesome.

I got two e-mails from Hard Truth. One wanting to know if I had any evidence. (Not sure how I'm handleing that yet.) And the other was the same as everyone else's. Does anyone currently playing actually live near a likely dead drop location? Because I know I don't.

I also received the Coletruth email, I would imagine that seeing as the email was about someone watching Coletruth's emails I imagine those of us on the list that work for Colefusion will be suspended.

If "The City" is Montreal, im in Ottawa. Its a drive, but if im not doin' anything....

Sandra McQueen got ahold of me to release a statement about 'Vicious' and the email he sent to Cole Hard facts. I responded as such:

Hello Sandra -

Let me be clear that this is in no way indicative of average conditions at ColeFusion.
There is nothing 'normal' about what 'Vicious' is saying about our operations.
The person colorfully known as 'Vicious' was at work in the PR department when he had a mental break.
He started going on about some of our newer employess resembling some recently publicised activists against our technology.
We are, upon human resources legal advisement, treating this as a case of job-related stress, and the employee 'Vicious' has been put on medical leave according to corporate rules and regulations.
