You know you watch too much MH when everyone starts coughing uncontrollably and you think 'Oh, shit, slendy's near'.

... when you jump at the sight of your own slender-shadow.
... when you draw little operator symbols on scraps of paper and leave then in desks/waiting rooms/buses/subways.
... when you've introduced 9 of your friends and 3 of your teachers to the series.
... when you quote Marble Hornets in conversations with your friends
... when your heart skips a beat when you see someone ANYONE in a suit.
... when you've added Slender Man, Mas Ky, Joseph, Troy, and Tim as friends on Facebook.

The list goes on and on.

You know you've watched too much Marble Hornets when you're too paranoid to look at the window at the foot of your bed between 11PM and 7 AM.

You know you watch too much Marble Hornets when whenever you hear a noise you say, "Slender Man" out loud! Also, you know you've watched too much MH when you are too afraid to look out the window in fear that Slendy will be outside it.

When you step outside for a breather after finishing entry 26 and looking under a lampost and nearly having a heart-attack because you see Slendy... and then getting in the shower the next day and checking the door every other minute so you don't see Slenderman ducking into the bathroom.

When you are worried when you see a tall, thin man wearing a suit and possibly a mask (no face that you can see) in the woods. Happened to me today walking through the woods. Think anything bad will happen to me?

You should be fine. On a completely unrelated topic, mind strapping a camcorder to your chest, finding that guy again, and giving him a hug?

Anyway, if you find yourself closing your eyes when you walk down the hall at night so that you can't see the LEDs on electronics, and thus can't see anything step in front of them, you might be a redne... you might watch too much Marble Hornets.

You know you and everyone around you watches too much MH when you intentionally play their fear and start describing real life situations and feelings and accounting them as Slenderman's doing. >:3

When your boyfriend is so sick of you leaving all of the lights on, he buys you a beautiful mermaid nightlight:

And you come up the stairs late one night, to see THIS:

And immediately freak the hell out, until you realize it was THIS:

(Yes, it's Napoleon Dynamite. YES my TV was dusty -- I fixed that after I took this. Yes the pictures suck -- I took them with my cellphone.)

/facepalm
