All the red that you see is from the person who had the game before you. It tells his (rather short) story.

Altogether there are 150 something cards, a rulebook, the box, and a die. I am so glad to be done with this!

I did all the line art on each card, and I had to do them all pretty quickly so it's kind of terrible.

Damn I would so buy that, but I'd be compelled to start in on EMH and t12. Which I really don't have time to do.
