Its a barcode that is used on products. The same kind of code is on a box of Magic cards I have.

How about breaking the Survivalcode and TraelekInstitute discussion out into separate threads since this trailhead is already overbloated?

Second'ed. After trying to scan mine with a QR scanner, my app had suggestions for reasons why some won't scan. Out of a list of other 2D codes, mine matched that one the best.
