I'm just stopping by to see if the Unforum managed to grab the Dallas Package? I can actually now tell you what i was used for. lol. Sorry for all the non trusting situation. What I was asked to do, since I was within distance and met certain "Requirements" I was chosen to drop the package off in Dallas. I mean they had to have people around the USA to drop the packages off to their required places. I was the one chosen for Dallas. Thats all I knew and thats all they told me. I know nothing else about whats going on now. I'm in the dark. I was just simply chosen to be a delivery boy. lol. Peace!

It's really hard to believe that they would ask a participant to do that since it would automatically disqualify you from partaking in the game.

I don't know about that... while I can't actually corroborate his story I got the distinct impression from the girl who observed the drop I received that
#1 She was 100% local
#2 She knew no more than I did
#3 She was receiving instructions from someone over the phone, first by text and then when her question became to confusing, via phone call

(The question we asked was, do we get to keep the box, but we confused her handlers because she tried to insert all of our usernames as "finders" so her handler called her to confirm which of us was actually the person receiving the package)

It is VERY possible that they would use random players as "pawns" in the effort to "rescue" the Ice flies. Telling them nothing but they are needed to deliver a package and stand by to authenticate the transaction.

I wonder; fellhawke, if what you say is true, did you receive a special achievement like the one I received for retrieving an Ice Fly?

I hate to sound skeptical, but I don't want to be lead down any false Alley's.. After all, my profile had all the paranoid/skeptical answers! Smile

Hi im from Germany and haven't recived a packet yet.
But my Pentagon changed between my regestration (6/21) and yesterday.
Befor:

Now:

You'll see the Pentagon in the middle did a turn about 1 corner.

In the second pic there's also my theory about the name.
The short edges are 1 and the long edges are 2 started at the top and then clockwise, so my new Pentagon is penta12112
Would be nice I've you could check my theory with your Pentagons (i hope this isn't a trout).
I also hope you understood what i was trying to tell you. (know my english isn't the best).

I'm not sure if it's been covered already, but I've broken the Evaluation Exam "code".

During the exam, any choice of option "A" gives you a 1, while any choice of option "B". I ran the test multiple times and was able to manipulate my final assessment profile and 5-digit number to be whatever I wanted it to be (despite having already registered and stuck with "11112").

Below is the corresponding placement of each result and what point of the five-sided figure it will raise or lower on the profile. The profile adjusts your "score" around the wheel, clockwise, beginning at the top. This may be useful for people who have not registered who desire a particular number or if the profile number has any significant meaning later on down the line.
Test 1: sound (blue-yellow junction, top point)
Test 2: sight (yellow-red junction, top-right point)
Test 3: taste (red-teal junction, bottom-right point)
Test 4: smell (teal-green junction, bottom-left point)
Test 5: touch (green-blue junction, top-left point)

I'm still slightly hopeful that it's an ARG based off of the next Batman movie (The Dark Knight Rises). Ice Fly = Mr. Freeze Very Happy?

I don't think Freeze is rumored to be part of the new movie, but Ra's al Ghul always did say that he wanted to purify the human race, and maybe that's what this project ice fly is?

And to back up this theory, the TDK ARG used a TON of out-of-house sponsors. The first that comes to mind is Dominos (which powered http://www.gothamcitypizza.com). I don't know, what do you guys think??

I was just thinking about Ra's al Ghul myself. Hopefully some other stuff matches his M.O. Otherwise, bring on the gum! Very Happy

Meh, believe what you want. and I didn't receive any kind of special treatment. I didn't even know that the people getting the Iceflies did. Believe me or not, doesn't mean that it didn't truly happen. lol.

Fellahawke, I found the envelope with another member here, cherrytree98765.

when we made the pickup on the icefly, we were sent to an avianics muesum. we met them outside the front gate and got the box. the agents/operators were whatlooked like an asian dude and im guessing an asian girl. I'm terrible at identifying ethnicities.

at the time, my yahoo email had been hacked, so the dude took my info o.o, said he'd 'report it to make sure my account was safe'. well, i still maintain control of my account in both respects so i dunno.

It was very amusing tho. at the first drop, we ot word that the drop site had changed. man we were so miffed. lol

Hey guys, switch my name around and it's my guest name: RemedyHalo

ALSO, My Ventrilo name is :PMS Schwabby

I was up for several hours last night to the point where I couldn't sit still. So, now's where I ask your help. Going through the pictures and with a little help from those youtube videos posted earlier, I've managed to link up almost all the locations (as to where the iceflies were given.)

Almost all of them are Art Museums. Here's the list.

Orlando- Albin Polasek Museum-- (Sculpture and Gardens)
Chicago- Museum of Contemporary Art
Denver- Contemporary Art Museum
Atlanta- High Museum of Art
San Francisco- Cartoon Art Museum

Portland- Museum of Science and Industry
Seattle- Science Fiction Museum

The one that stands out the Most:
Las Vegas- Atomic Testing Museum---- Founded and maintained by NTS (Nevada Testing Site) for the purpose of preserving and interpreting.

I have the photo of the bubble packaging as well and am going to be looking at these colors of the LED's, I have a few things to compare them too- as far as color keys. Also, I'll be looking through and reading the journal from Reach Legendary again and comparing, as I have a few things to go over.

Let me know what you guys find- I know the Seattle location houses the Life Size model of the Alien Queen from James Cameron's 1986 Aliens movie. I also know that a Japanese 1986 batman exhibit will be at the San Fran. location this year. Orlando houses exhibit from famous artist: Charles Tuzak, who died in 1986 and Las Vegas location has a base around a quote said in 1986 that is used as describing what is shown at the museum. A quote that includes; "Bomb Culture" and "it's logic, it's faith, and it's vision."

I'll update when I can.

Actually according to the video, it was found in a park near there- doesn't matter. Your post still supplies significance. The park is known as Hancock Park. =) I forgot to post LA's location, I have a friend who lives out that way.

So what we do know, is most of these locations- look to be Museums. Can someone list the LED light colors again for me?

The name of the museum is Page museum which sits on the grounds of Hancock Park.

"The Page Museum is located at the Rancho La Brea Tar Pits in the heart of Los Angeles. Rancho La Brea is one of the world's most famous fossil localities, recognized for having the largest and most diverse assemblage of extinct Ice Age plants and animals in the world. Visitors can learn about Los Angeles as it was between 10,000 and 40,000 years ago, during the last Ice Age, when animals such as saber-toothed cats and mammoths roamed the Los Angeles Basin. Through windows at the Page Museum Laboratory, visitors can watch bones being cleaned and repaired. Outside the Museum, in Hancock Park, life-size replicas of several extinct mammals are featured.."

EDIT: Apparently I didn't even bother to read what I pasted. Could this be significant in light of the tundra drilling for the icefly?

Don't know if this holds any information of Help, but, I was looking up Fly fossils, the first thing that popped up was in 2003, scientists discovered a fly fossil (type includes modern house fly) in Antarctica. Not much information was posted on it, but it was posted by CNN.
